Wonderful location and very nice beach, staff was very helpful always served us with a smile

Few dining options, when we came in 2015 there was an Indian restaurant, a Thai restaurant and one all day dining.... now they only have all day dining with few options

It was right on the beach property, beautifully placed. It provides you all the services needed like packages for water activities, kids ATV rides & Kayaking (these I tried) and many more like Spa treatments, beach bar, swimming pool by the beach etc. Their accommodations are spread across long distance but the Buggy services connects it all. They have on request complimentary pick up and drop from the jetty. Considering I was travelling with my 5 yr kid, they proactively supported me for early check-in. In room dining was quick (that might be also due to the low no. of tourists in Oct), and always served warm enough.

Rooms need renovations for sure, even though the design and location are so awesome. Shower heads in the bathroom are to be immediately replaced (might be limited to the 2 bedroom chalet I stayed in - 532/533). We had only one nightmare moment - Even though all windows were sealed off with bug mesh, some how (mostly from the below the door gap or when cleaning staff kept the door open) 3 small frogs dropped by at night 2 AM to say hi by jumping on our faces. We got them and released them outside, later intimated the reception (they gave a "That's common thing" expression) to change the bed sheets completely that day (which they did promptly).

The facilities onsite, very convenient. We could play golf, tennis, go to the gym.

Le personnel était agréable, et l’emplacement idéale. Nous avons l’impression d’être dans une île déserte paradisiaque. Les activités proposées ne sont pas très chères, en plus d’être riches en découverte.

Les prix du restaurant sont exorbitants pour une qualité moindre. À la sortie de l’hôtel à gauche, il y a un restaurant qui ne paie pas de mine, mais qui est excellent. La wifi ne fonctionne pas correctement , hormis à la réception. Si vous souhaitez avoir une connexion dans votre chambre, il vaut mieux prévoir un abonnement internet, autrement, vous ne pouvez pas naviguer sur internet. Les chambres nécessitent une réelle rénovation, le mobilier est très vieillot, et la salle de bain, pas très propre. Le sol n’était pas lavé tous les jours, et l’eau chaude n’était plus disponible les derniers jours. Je ne pense pas que cela vaut un hôtel 4 étoiles, cela ne justifie en aucun cas le prix payé.

How near it was to the stunning beach! The staff were lovely and helpful and the facilities were amazing - something for everyone. The food was good with lots of choice and we had an amazing, relaxing time.

The location for snorkeling trip was great. On a snorkel trip we saw plenty of fish, a turtle and baby shark. The beach was lovely for relaxing. Some of the meals we had in the restaurant were nice.

The resort was very dated, and didn't match the photos online. When we arrived our room was very shabby, hadn't been properly cleaned and had exposed electrical wires. We asked to move rooms and were given a new one, which better matched the quality in the photos advertised. Our friends also staying at the resort had to change rooms during their stay due to a leak in the ceiling of their room. The menu at the main the restaurant advertised a range of drinks, but when we tried to order them, were told they didn't have them as they were in the other bar. They should shorten the menu if they can't provide it all. The beach bar didn't open at advertised times. We partly booked the resort due to having a beach bar so we could relax with drinks and watch the sunset.

We have been going to Berjaya since 1990s and we love it but although it is still beautiful the fire which burned down the old eating place was sad but they have not made it better. Also there are lots of sandflies now which there never used to be. But the friendliness of the staff was first class and the beach was lovely sea so clear. The activities are not as easy to organise also due to the old diving centre shutting down

Great location for activities. Well organised. Good for families. Extremely helpful and friendly staff.

Room service was only small criticism- very slow when used on one occasion and plates not picked up the next day.
