Pretty nice inner garden where you can have breakfast or any meal you bought outside. Possibility to park car for 10 Euro on premises.

the room is very-very small, almost impossible to stay there together, no closet or wardrobe, a hotel for 1 night only, very stiff air and aircon doesn't work well

The location was good. It was right next to the Duisburg Central station.

The price and the staff was not really cooperative. Also the breakfast options were very limited as not worth the cost which was not inclusive of the price for the room.

This company have taken the piss on me. They marketed this hotel with photos as being new but when I arrived it was a 25 years worn out hotel. It is false marketing and I would never pay that amount of money for this hotel. I ordered a nice and new hotel but got a old and dirty hotel room…. False marketing

I felt a strange sarcasm at the reception I don't understand these soft pillows but they are quite common in Germany and Austria, so maybe I have to settle

When I arrived the lady at the front desk made me wait a long time just talk to her. She was a bit rude.

It’s really run with a skeleton staff. I arrived at 11 pm after a flight and there was no one there. (Hotel is meant to be 24 hour reception). Sign on counter said staff member was gone temporarily but I had no way of knowing if or when they would get back. Calling the hotel just made the phone ring in front of me on the empty desk. There was literally no staff member to be found. Had to wait 10 to 15 minutes wondering if I would have to sleep on the floor of the reception, receptionist finally showed up when I was on the phone with Booking.com customer service. He had had to go and do something outside and they only have one person working. So it’s cheap but you get what you pay for. I don’t eat breakfast there because last time they only had one person working in the Hall restaurant and they don’t have time to check things that are ABOUT to run out , because you constantly are telling them about things that have already run out. so the whole breakfast process is hard work and not worth it.

The hotel is conveniently located in the central station, so it was great for this trip, as I needed to use the trains often. Also, it's just a few minutes walk to the city center, where all the restaurants and touristic stuff are. The room was large and clean. Had all the necessary things you would expect to find in a hotel. It actually had a terrace too. The staff was very helpful and polite. The breakfast had plenty of options to choose from.

Due to being so close to the central station, there were many homeless people nearby the entrance.

Very good location near the train station. Lots of space and very clean. We got a free upgrade to a bigger room as Booking had made a mistake, so overall got a very good room for a very low price.

Pillows were very hard. One lamp in the room was not working.
