Everything was wonderful! The hotel employees were very kind, wonderful people, who deserved a lot of appreciation. Nice location, clean rooms. The food was very good and delicious. We will gladly come back here anytime!

Perfect location for us, near the beach/bus stop into Heraklion and lots of restaurants/shops. Hotel staff really friendly especially the breakfast team. The hotel has a very good restaurant attached (Maxims) which we recommend too!

The position of hotel is comfortable, especially if you have a late or very early flight, you can get to the airport in 15 minutes. The stuff is incredibly hospitable and friendly. Highly recommend to have a dinner at the restaurant of the hotel - dishes are huge and delicious.

Very good breakfast, not the same food every day, absolutely chrarming and nice breakfast staff, lovely and helpful waitress. Also a la carte dinners were stunning!
The reception was great, very helpful with problem solving. Rooms clean and cosy.

Equipment of the apartment kitchenette was quite poor for a family with an infant.
Stony beach is Close to the holet but a sandy beach better for kids is a bit far (about 1,5 km). Doesn't mind for a short stay though.

Breakfast with buffet table absolutely sufficient. Dinners were excelent. Starter as buffet table with salads, chees, vegetables. Cheff cooked very tasty. Portions were big, it was difficult to eat everything. And when you finished, you got dezert or fruits. Only drinks we had to pay separately. Receptionist arranged everything what we requested. We received a lot of good recommendations. She arranged us also trips with a travel agency. In addition it was chieper compare to internet price. Room De Luxe was nice, double bed was very comfortable, we engoyed stay. Staff was attentive and helpful. We were absolutely satisfied. Very good price-performance ratio.

This was a great stay! The brightest point of the hotel is staff, everyone was incredibly kind and helpful! Meals were very tasty and the room had everything what is needed to relax on vacations. We are pleased that we chosen this hotel and definitly recommend to everyone:)
The one thing that was inconvenient for us was mattress, for us it was too soft. However, this is highly subjective and its not affecting our overall experience:)

We were very satisfied, the equipment of the room was excellent, we also had a crib prepared in the room for our son, and the breakfast was very delicious.
We regret we stayed there only 1 night, the food on the hotel restaurant was delicious, only the floor was little bit dirty because we have little son and he is not walking yet. It was the only negative thing.

Great place with great staff, very hospitable, very kind and helpful, the best thing was that the receptionist speaks bulgarian! Clean and quiet, the breakfast was also great!

Our room was at the street site. It was quit noisy. But when we closed the window it was really quiet.
