The house looks just like the pics. It was very comfortable, clean, and cozy. Nice decor, kitchen had all we needed, and loved having the fenced yard. You can see the bay from the house and it was close to where we needed to be. Neighborhood looks a bit sketchy, but we still felt safe. Its a changing and improving neighborhood for sure, and this house is a jewel in the area.

Location was perfect to enjoy the beach, the bay, and Port St Joe. We were able to bring our fur baby & enjoyed a clean, relaxing atmosphere. Thanks!

The house was just perfect for our needs spacious , clean and with big fenced in back yard perfect for gatherings and cookouts we really enjoyed our stay, this is the second time we have stayed there and plan on staying again. Highly recommend this house , the owners are very nice and helpful with any concerns .

We enjoyed our stay very much. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, bathrooms, and utility areas. The couches in the.living room were so comfortable, as were the beds. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant, and close to the places we wanted to visit. We would certainly consider another reservation. I'm sorry we forgot to sign the guestbook!

Loved the fact that the bedrooms are relatively separate we had a pup with us so having a bedroom with an outside door was perfect. Very clean and comfortable. Close to what we needed.

The house was perfect for my family and my two pugs. The fenced in backyard is huge!!! Everything was clean and spotless. There are plenty of pots/ pans and dishes. This property is beautiful. We had absolutely no complaints.

This cottage was a nice set up for a long term stay. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The master suite was especially bright and spacious. Our dog really enjoyed being able to run in the large back yard.

Family of 4 with 2 dogs. Great weekend get away in quiet PSJ. Close to beaches, parks, restaurants, and shopping! Quiet setting and great home.

We took our adult family of 5 and 3 dogs. The house and location were perfect. The house was well stocked and had everything we needed for us and for the dogs. The owners were extremely nice and responded to all communications quickly. We love the laid back vibe of PSJ and dog friendly beaches. We will definitely be back.

THIDS HOUSE WAS AWESOME. VERY CLEAN AND EVERYTHING WE NEEDED WAS IN THE KITCHEN. THE BACKYARD WAS PERFECT FOR OUR BOSTON TERRIER AND PIT BULL. ONLY 10 MINUTES FROM THE BEACH WE LOVE IN PORT AT JOE. NEAR THE BEST RESTURANTS. WE WILL BE BACK NEXT YEAR!!

We spent the last 2weeks of February 2022 in this house with another couple. The house is very clean and just as advertised. It was exactly as pictured on VRBO. We traveled to Florida mostly to have a break from Michigan winter weather and were not disappointed. When we arrived there was no coffee maker in the house and when I let Kathy know she sent 2 new ones over the next day. She answered any questions we had very quickly. Our traveling companions brought their small dog with them and were a little concerned about a space under the whole house that their dog might access. The fenced in backyard was awesome except for the space under the house. Overall the house met and exceeded our expectations. The Port St Joe area was very nice and had several very good restaurants to choose from. Our favorite was The Brick Wall although The Krazyfish was being renovated the whole time we were there; we heard great things about it. We enjoyed watching dolphins in the Gulf on the Pier at the marina almost daily and were able to catch a few interesting fish there as well. Locals are very friendly there. Would definitely go again!

This has been one of our favorite places to stay. We have vacationed and stayed in this house twice this year. The television quit working in the living room. We received prompt attention and a new television was installed. Both visits I have been so impressed with the cleanliness of the rental. I highly recommend this rental.

The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Only thing we could've used were instructions for the smart TV for the technology challenged people like me, but figured it out no problem. The dogs liked the fenced yard.
