Our room was quite spacious and clean, the food in the restaurant was good and the breakfast was good and had lots of choices. The staff where helpful and polite I asked for vegetarian sausages and they where very happy to help.

Good parking, clean, well fitted, comfortable bed and hot shower. Reception accommodated our request for a quiet room to the rear away from the noise of the A55 “race track”. Excellent breakfast.

Food choice in the evening restaurant very limited and no clear allergy information on dishes. Dishes too expensive!

We had an executive room and the facilities were lovely. The staff were very good.

The hotel was on the main road and very noisy and difficult to find. We thought we were staying in the services! The signage needs to be improved or you drive past and have to go round a long route to get back again.

Breakfast

Stains on carpet, bath instead of shower, my wife has chronic osteoarthritis, and Fibromyalgia, Pain is continuous, and not being able to lift her left leg more than a few inches meant using the bath impossible, as she has fallen often, also toilet didn`t flush after using it for more than water works, and hot water tap trickled, and the hot water took ages to come, not a nice experience at all, also not being able to get back into the hotel grounds without going some distance and then coming back on yourself.
