The toilet would only flush in the middle of the night, most of the lights in my room didn't work, it took 7 tries to get on the phone with room service, and then the chicken sandwich I ordered was awful and had weird black smudges on the meat (definitely not grill marks). Made me sick for 2 days

The staff were really friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Great hotel in a lovely location, a pleasure to stay there.

My visit wasn't long enough :) Hope to visit again one day

One entry into hotel is via steps so need notice to point visitors to slope on other side of building if have access requirements and/or heavy cases.

Spotless clean wonderful staff fab breakfast. Our flight was aborted on the runway it was 1.00am the girl on reception booked about 50 people into rooms I think her name was Paula she was amazing. We were actually staying for the weekend and loved this hotel so was happy when the airline used it to put up everyone on the cancelled flight. Well done to all your wonderful staff so professional.

They stole are money and deposit money plus charged an extra 100 pounds Said they had witnesses I was smoking in room and I'm very heavily pregnant. Left me and my.daughter who has a lift prosthetic leg and my partner with 1 arm missing to walk the streets of Liverpool in a.coumtry we do not know. Then when I asked for money back she then insulted me even more by saying I was smoking drugs. This woman was horrible.from the start as she thought we where traveling "gypsys' because of are accents. Refuned 61 pounds out of 234 pounds. Even the workers said she's hard to deal with and they felt awful themselves especially because of my little 6 year old leg and heavily mentally disabled. I rung the police and they advised to report to booking.com and report to the bank as this happens quite alot. It all started over football tops then making comments about are accent and how dangerous are home country was. Not a kind lady at all. I demanded to see her proof of what she's accused me off and she just kept saying we have to leave. Anything could of happened to us in the middle of no where a country we don't know. Be very aware of this place

The price! It was very expensive as we didn’t realize the grand national was on that weekend

Great location, really friendly and helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble.

We have stayed at Marriott hotels previously, including this one in Liverpool. They are all excellent, and have never had any reason to complain. We will p, in future, definitely stay here again.. thank you.

Central location clean and happy staff

It is very well situated, the bed was very confortable and the room very spacious.

Our room was next to the Pantry and is a room used early in the morning by the staff and the door makes a terrible bang when close so we were woken up early every day. The rest of the doors in the corridor are quite heavy and they all make a very loud noise when they close.

Good location, short distance to bus and railway and only a 5-7 minute walk to the city centre Facilities newly renovated and nice Could be good accommodation, but...

At breakfast, there was little choice in general and especially on bread and cold cuts Staff at breakfast, annoying and arrogant Employees in the lobby bar who were not qualified, when they do not know how to make Irish coffee Employees who do not understand English well enough and only talk do not listen to the customer's wishes and needs Bottles, food trays and leftover food lie in the hallways for over a day several times

The room was lovely, staff went above and beyond for us. We had a lovely stay

The other rooms doors opening and closing sadly is really loud but the hotel can't do much about that

I wanted to avoid a "step into the bath" shower, so the accesible room was excellent in this respect.

You were a bit mean with the tea bags

Tvennt sem mig langar að benda á: Sturtan er frekar kraftlaus og óþægileg. Má vera betri og kraftmeiri. Morgunmaturinn er fínn en mætti vera meira úrval sem og það vantar meira úrval af áleggjum á brauð. Sérstaklega brauðost. Oft röð í ristavél og kaffivél.

La pantalla de TV en la habitación estaba muy baja. Deben de reubicar mas alto. La ducha era un desastre muy difícil de maniobrar no podía regular el agua caliente y fria a mi gusto

Location, super easy to get to everywhere from this hotel. Staff and room service were great.

Two bibles in my room. It’s a deal breaker if I see them again. Tech is outdated, and there are some funky plug sockets that need upgrading to this century.

The room was mazing. Clean and plenty of room to move about. Iron and ironing board was a bonus. Water was always hot from the tap and shower. Location was fantastic, a stone throw from Lime Street train station, Plenty of good bars and restaurants nearby. The staff were very helpful, polite and nothing was to much for them. If I go to Liverpool again, this is the hotel I will be staying in.

Excellent location close to station, theatres, shopping and walking distance to waterfront, museums and cavern quarter. Friendly staff and very comfortable room and bed. Would definitely stay again
