Pretty nice breakfast, super hotel service, clean room, fresh towels, coffe tea kettle and bootled water in room,

Little bit outdated TV (cant play YouTube), ultra thin walls and noisy guests (that's not hotel fault), already damaged bed (in my opinion damaged by cat).

For the cyclists, the location is at the end of the Vennbahn, with storage for bikes, the hotel has restaurants and pub included in the location, so not far together for your evening meal. Our room was spacious and comfortable with everything we needed, comfy bed and bath as well as shower. All the staff we came across were friendly, we had a great breakfast, juice, cereals, croissants, rolls etc plenty of choice. The village is down the hill, but nothing was open when we arrived, but for an end destination everything we needed in the one place.

we found nothing to dislike, the property is on the main road where you do get some noise, but this didn’t disturb us.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The Restaurant is excellent with simple dishes like ribs and hamburgers upgraded to culinair perfection. Already booked our stay for next year.

Nice hotel, cozy atmosphere. Room spacious enough -- top floor, no elevator that time. Thankfully, there was a big fan in the room! Ok breakfast, helpful staff, and ok parking space by the place. Free advertisement postcards by the reception. Bathroom might be slippery, watch out.

Good hotel close to Troisvierges. The restaurant/pub downstairs is very convenient. We needed a place to stay close to the beginning of the Vennbahn and it was perfect for that purpose.

Room was on the front side and the road is quite busy - even during the night. Sleeping was hard because it was too warm to close the window.

This place has a bit of everything - pub in the front, Italian restaurant in the back and hotel on top. The personell is friendly and speaks multiple languages. Dinner at restaurant was good in quality and rapidly ready.

The hotel is located next to a busy road, which is used frequently at night as well. We were disappointed by the breakfast, no buffet and we had to fill a list the night before. The breakfast was delivered step-by-step, resulting in waiting for your egg or drinks while the bread is already on the table. Not a pleasant experience.

The room was clean. The hotel is close to the centre of Troisvierges.

TV did not work.

Nothing to complain

The Irish Bar was a very pleasant place to dine. The breakfast service seemed a bit strange for a not overly low price in that a form had to be completed each evening listing your requirements. However, being a small hotel it would be impractical to have a extensive buffet, the listing was comprehensive and the resultant breakfast was excellent.

The room featured what I call a "Dutch type toilet". I do not know if that is fair to Dutch people, but that is the country were I first came across this type of thing. I do not find these things very pleasant and I fail to understand the logic of the design. You nearly put your shoulder out of joint seeking to flush whilst avoiding actually seeing into the pot!

The room was a good size, the bed comfortable and spotlessly clean everywhere. The shower was a little low pressure but water nice and hot. Breakfast was a little expensive but plentiful and great quality. We had our evening meal in the Irish Bar and as they had an 'Irish Week' menu we both selected items from that. Everything was superb, interesting dishes very well prepared. Also the draught Guinness was a nice surprise. The staff were friendly, efficient and attentive.

I really can't think of anything that could be improved...they say that there is always room for improvement but in this case it would be marginal.
