location is great, access by boat and feel having our own private beach is great. very relax place. the spa is superbly situated on stilt houses on the beach

food selection in restaurant/room service is a bit limited in term of comfort food, and vietnamese authentic cuisine

The seafood restaurant is one of the worst restaurants I’ve been too. very expensive and the seafood was not fresh at all. We didn’t eat most of the food. Room service never had the Wagyu burger available, didn’t matter what time. They ran out of salad too. Not much to do at the property at all.

The spa was outstanding. Getting massage next to the sea while hearing the waves rolling in just next to you - too good! The massage therapists were great - when one of us had a headache one day, they immediately picked up on it and offered a specialized massage. The other staff of the spa were also top-notch and made sure me and my partner could use one of the sauna/jacuzzi facilities by ourselves. The spa gets a clear 10/10. Pool and beach are very nice and relaxing areas. As for the gym, the equipment was okay; staff great; location and view fantastic. The room we stayed did not feel brand new, but everything was in good shape. Comfortable bed and seating. Decent desk for doing some work. Good shower. There was some miscommunication (our fault) when we ordered room service one time, but the staff very gracefully let us get away with our mistake of ordering four pastas instead of one. :) Breakfast buffet was tasty and with a good selection. We tended to eat the western dishes, but there were also Vietnamese/Korean-style. It was very pleasant to have breakfast outdoors next to the pool. We had also asked the hotel to organise our transfer to the airport, and this was handled very smoothly without feeling too expensive. Normally this would have been a major headache for me, but now we were able to relax completely during our last day. Since we had to check-out before breakfast due to an early flight, the hotel also had prepared a good take-away breakfast for us. Although the hotel is on the expensive side, I went away thinking it was definitely worth it. The staff treated us beyond well, and we enjoyed three extremely relaxing days.

Unless we misunderstood something, the only restaurant in the hotel served sea food only and it was too much of "fine dining" for our taste, so we ended up doing room service most of the time. Even if the room service was really tasty and well-priced, it would have been nicer to eat in some restaurant. (I would give 9/10 because of this, but I did read in another review that there is another restaurant which is currently undergoing renovation. So hopefully this will be back soon.) A minor point, but before going there, it wasn't directly obvious where to go for check-in on the main-land and to get to the boat to the island. (Google maps shows two boat routes to the island.)

Beautiful surroundings. Very clean. Quiet.

Lack of storage in all bedrooms and bathrooms. No wine or champagne list. House wine un drinkable. Lacked any atmosphere.

We stayed at this hotel for the second time this year. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast is excellent. We will be happy to come again.

Privacy, island life (all electric and great air quality) beach was beautiful 😍 attentive staff, the spa is fantastic.

The water pressure in the room wasn't great and the shower was often cold. Some of the fixtures and fittings are quite dated in the room.

perfect place to get some rest

Great location on the island next to the mainland - you can reach the mainland (Nha Trang) with a speedboat in 7 min. (24 hours every 30 min.) or the cable car in the future. Perfect combination of peace and quiet but if needed you can go to the city and join the buzz!

Nothing it was just perfect!

This is my second time to stay at the resort. Everything goes smoothly as expected.

Just one younger driver with the white shirt made me feel unwelcomed. On the night of Nov the 3rd at around 10 PM the driver picked me that at the port without saying hello, just stared at the guests, he took me to the lobby on that night. We felt so uncomfortable with him.

Our stay here was perfect. I had the children with me so it’s close proximity and personal shuttle service to the adventure park was great, and it’s far enough away to be another - more relaxed - world. The poolside was paradise, and taking the complimentary tea there was a highlight. Also the Spa facility and location on the beach was amazing.

The restaurant looked nice but didn’t really look suitable with two young children in tow, however the excellent choices available on room service made up for that.

the stay at Vinpearl luxury was amazing. the highlight was the spa. amazing spa they have there, we for the four hand massage, body scrub and hair wash and blow dry. the spa room is already heavenly but the service is amazing

The staff were lovely, kind and helpful …. nothing was ever too much. All the facilities were spotless. when they made up the room each day, they cleaned the private pool of leaves etc - always ready for a swim. The Spa was divine and you should try a ‘four hand’ massage.

Private beach, Wave bar, pool area, Spa & fitness centre. Mr Huy Khanh helped us with vegetarian meals and was always happy to help. Staff very cheerful and hospitable. Unique island property.

Breakfast was great.

Not enough restaurants open. However, Colin the Head Chef was absolutely outstanding. Could not do enough for us. A true delight to see his smiling face everyday.

Good location, fast, efficient and comfortable transportation, excellent buffet breakfast, pool, private beach. The staff are attentive and friendly, overall, a charming place to relax and enjoy the weekend.

Upon checking in there was an issue with payment - both my Visa and AmEx didn't work and I didn't have enough cash with me. The staff said there was an ATM in VinWonders, but when I went there it wasn't working. I was thinking of going back to Nha Trang to find an ATM there, but decided to give another go at a cafe, and it worked. The cashier there reassured me and asked to try again at Vinpearl, this time everything worked fine. I work in IT and know that sometimes technology can let us down, but what I didn't like is that there are no other ways to pay but only using their terminals or by bank transfer (which could be fast for Vietnamese bank accounts, but international transfer would take days). I mean, why can't Vinpearl accept payments on their website or they could use QR code payments? Or simply get a backup Internet provider at the place. I was lucky that day, but if I had to return to Nha Trang because of that issue, half of my day would have been lost.

great hotel. the views from the room are very nice. the room size is also very nice. they all have direct access to the private beach that the property has. staff was very warm and accomodating.

room needs a large luggage rack. we were 3 of us and it was part of a 8-day vietnam tour... so we had quite a bit of luggage. for a room of this size, i thought there should have been a luggage rack. also - hot water was a bit of an issue
