Loved the location! Very clean and comfortable. Had a wonderful stay. Nice walk into town either by walking path or beach.

Everything, was so lovely, loved that the kitchens were fully functional and had all the utensils, cleaning stuff etc ready to go.
Didn’t love that the doors automatically lock when you close them.

The location out of the town central worked well for us. Located across from the car park at Clark’s beach made for an easy walk down to the beach!
Our unit had a nice sized court yard which was great to leave surfboard, beach chairs and umbrella. Good security for car and us. We rented the one bedroom, yet there was plenty of space and pleasant airflow throughout!

Good location, across the road from the beach and walk along the beach to main Byron bay shops.
Little to no natural light in the bottom floor apartments, very stuffy on entry but this was fixed by leaving the windows open for the rest of the stay.
Bathroom was riddled with mould.
Sand still present on bench tops in bathroom.
Shower not clean on arrival.

The courtyard studio apartment was clean and comfortable, bed and sofa bed were also comfortable. Property is in a great location, quiet area, very close to beautiful beach, walking distance to shops and restaurants.
Narrow parking spaces and little room to manoeuvre when reversing into designated spot.

the apartment was in an ideal quiet location. the interior was stylish and very clean. a highlight was parking immediately under the apartment and the beautiful outdoor space. the garden was so beautiful and offered shade and privacy.

The location was amazing. Right opposite the beach and a short walk into town.
Modern and clean facilities. Felt big enough and equipped to stay longer than we did.

good location, good facilities (comfortable bedding), clean, under ground parking, easy 15min walk to town centre and 1min walk to beach across the road … thoroughly recommend apartment for 2 even 3 people.

It was more like an Airbnb. The cleaning expectations upon leaving, were high. No additional towels for the whole stay, without a charge. Strict check out times.

Good location for those who prefer proximity to beach walk/hike. Quiet and not noisy at all. Comfortable bed and nice pillows.
The kitchen is a little small but sufficient if not much cooking needed. Lighting is a little dim too.
