The staff were so lovely

The room needs attention everything is old, the mattress was really hard, pillows also really hard. The sheets are threadbare. The bed was near the toilet. There was a sewerage smell emanating in the room, the door to bathroom/toilet was very unusual only half a door ( no wonder you smell sewerage). The pool chairs need replacing all had mould.

Very nice rooms, big and airy. Beautiful setting, lush and green all around, still just beside the road. Very good restaurant, excellent food and not pricy like most of the resort restaurants in Fiji. Not to mention that the place is very well kept, all spotless, and the staff, an outright 10. Hard to get anything better.

Friendly staff and peaceful surroundings.

Gym needs to have machines fixed up so quests can be safe and keep fit.

They were very accommodating with our check in time.

Absolutely excellent, staff have exceeded our expectations by accommodating every request no matter how big or small. Amazing food, very clean rooms and don't forget about great Spa. Massage is absolutely the highest quality. Very friendly staff, know you by the name.
