Badly needs refurbishment. Shower dripped all night..

Location
Shower dripped ALL night, we left an item behind in the room and they failed to call us to let us know, when we called they said yes we had left said item, a courtesy call from them would have been nice

Pet friendly, good location
Pet friendly rooms not so nice, unfortunately had a neighbor who was bored and entertained himself by yelling out that he was bored

Would have preferred internal laundry facility instead of communal coin operated

Close to the highway, shops, purpose of our stay.
Pool was dirty, dog poo around, dogs too close. Had to ask for towels, dish washing liquid.

it was dirty. broken tiles in the shower. mould on the shower curtain.

Thurs night sort of reasonable for a very old worn out motel but weekend rate very overpriced.

room size was good, room was clean and tidy, staff were friendly and helpful, handy location and parking right outside the room.
The clock was broken and the tv wouldn't turn on via the remote control. Very minor inconveniences which didn't distract much from the overall experience.

Rooms are dated and motel needs maintenance, manager not that friendly. Motel is not in a nice area.

Clean room and clean beds
The bathroom sink (vanity) was in the kitchen. Separate sinks for both however. It would have been better if the bathroom sink was also built in the bathroom, but the size of the bathroom with the shower doesn't allow it. Also, with a door instead of a shower curtain

Room was exactly what we needed as a family of 7 on a long haul from Melbourne to Queensland. It was easy to book and had all facilities needed for a good nights sleep.
The carpet was a little bit sticky and didn't feel nice under foot. Otherwise everything else was good.

The rooms need some upgrading. There was a stale smell in the room, the furniture quite old. The most annoying aspect about the motel related to the bright lights which were on all night outside the rooms. I woke during the night and couldnt work out if it was night or day, due to the brightness of the lights outside the rooms.
