Great location, no fuss, clean and comfortable. My second stay and if I ever need to go to Perth again I'll stay here

Where to start, the place was absolutely shocking, the rooms were a step below your typical hostel and the only window we had was looking directly into the courtyard so we couldn’t even open the curtain - the doors were made out of cardboard and could have easily been broken into, there was no staff there and the only person I spoke to on the phone was rude and even hung up on me at one point! when we arrived at the hotel we requested a free cancellation but it was declined, another couple who arrived the same time came in looked around and immediately left and booked somewhere else! Avoid this place at all costs!

Fridge in the room, very good location, free tea, coffee and milk, nice room and great wifi.

This place has so much potential, all they need to do is add soap to the bathroom to wash hands, add some crockery and cutlery to the kitchen area and replace the mattresses (we could feel the springs in the mattress).

Lady housekeeper really rude to the customers! Customer service : useless and not helping for the issues during all my stay Private bathroom : impossible to use the sink as the water was standing. It was totally stuck. 3 times I reported the problem, 3 times the customer said it would be fixed. But, Nobody came to fix it! So, I paid a private bathroom but I had to use the common bathroom at the end! The heat in my room wasn't working, it was really cold at night. I reported the problem to the customer service, and one more time, nobody came to help. The service is totally useless, nobody care about the customers!

A simple room, served my needs well. Bed was very comfortable, and I really loved the hard pillows, perfect for my neck and back.

The shower head was a bit too low, a flexible pipe would have been better, as I had to squat to wash my hair.

I was forced out as the place as it was not clean and I felt very uncomfortable staying there, so i drove 1 hr home and stayed at my own residence. This is the worst accommodation I have stayed in and was a waste of time, money and effort. I requested full refund with no further communication. I will be following this up further. Very disappointed. there were multiple indications that this property was not cleaned. Which lead me to inspect bed linen further and was my breaking point to decide to go home. I have photo's of all complaints. Good location. Rooms are all off a main and shared hall that has a microwave, kettle and shared mini bar…. I was not impressed.

The location was good.

The room was supposed to have a private bathroom; the bathroom was seperate to the room and on the other side of a presumably open access kitchen. I had to wait for other guests to finish using my bathroom before I could use it multiple times. When this issues were raised with the hotel, they stated a new cleaner was supposed to close a door preventing guest access to the bathroom, which would have prevented guests from accessing the kitchen and me from accessing my room. They also stated I should have raised the issue with them earlier, as if I was supposed to know? There are no staff onsite and they are uneachable out of hours. Very poor communication, complete misrepresentation of the room, not to mention loud guests stomping through the kitchen at all hours of the night and a not very clean room. I would not recommend this "hotel" and I would never stay there again.

The Air-conditioning in the room was great. The bed was very comfortable and the small semi outdoor/indoor courtyard connected to my room was a nice touch.

There was a fridge but it was empty, there wasnt even cold water in the fridge or ice cubes in the freezer. They couldve even had some vending machines for food and drink accesible in the common room.

Room was disgusting used towels sheets pillow cases urine stains on toilet floor old toiletries in shower no extra linen for sofa bed And the worse thing is I have bed bug bites all over my arms and hands which has cause very bad swelling on arms. Expect a refund emmediately to cover medical costs and loss of work. Will be reporting this incident to health departments if no action is taken asap

Not like pictures, communication with them is bad, dirty bathroom for first 2 days, don’t clean rooms at all. Pictures and description very different to what we booked. People screaming and arguing from other rooms

The room didn't look the same as on the picture. The "private" bathroom wasn't located in my bedroom, but outside where everyone in the "hotel" had access to it. I haven't received my deposit back wich apparently should be refunded automatically

It’s nice a place to stay on my RnR. Most amenities are close by.
