الفندق نظيف وهدوء شقة بغرفتين نوم مساحتها جيدة ومناسبة لعائلة
المسبح لا بأس به لكن المشروبات غالية ومجرد سيروب وثلج اعجبني انهم يوم الجمعة قدموا باللوبي ضيافة حلويات للأطفال
المطبخ مجرد واجهه فارغ تماما لايوجد أدوات نهائيا والغريب شقة من غرفتين وموفرين كوبين فقط مع اظرف القهوه والشاي ! ويوجد غسالة ملابس بالمطبخ ولكن لاتعمل ولا يمكن حتى ان تفتح درج الصابون ارواب الحمام طلبتها منهم !! وطلبت سليبرات زياده بحكم اننا اربعة ولا يتوفر فرش اسنان او معجون ضمن ادوات الحمام
السرير غير مريح ولا المخدات وهذا غريب على الفنادق الجيدة
التشيك اوت مافيه مرونه عالوقت المحدد 12 موظفين الرسيبشن ماعندهم مهارة التفاوض
فندق أزوره مره ولا أفكر أرجع له يوجد بالبحرين أفضل منه بكثير وبسعر أقل

Radisson Diplomat continues to feature as a true luxury hotel for a manageable price.
Nothing whatever as far as the accommodation and relevant facilities are concerned.
Radisson is to be really top rated.
It could not exceed my expectations since I went there many times in the past, thus knowing its outstanding quality which was simply confirmed.

The pool area is lovely and the restaurant food was tasty.
Parking was a bit hairy.

It's my favorite area to stay in and the staff are friendly and very helpful.
The hotel needs to be renovated. Rooms look outdated and bathrooms needs maintenance. Also, one of our bathrooms would have water leaking from the ceiling after a shower.

I asked for non-smoking apartment and they put me in smoking one. I Asked the receptionist (Asian lady) to change it, and she said she will call later to change it. nothing happened. until I felt short in breath at midnight and fortunately a nice Egyptian manager change it to a non smoking floor. thank you. AC was smelling with cigarette, kitchen was smelling sewage. the non smoking floor was better.

we had no hot shower in the bathroom for the entire trip, the bed was stiff and the AC could not get anymore colder.

the service is very bad , if you need anything and you call them ,nobody will answer the phone. even after i went by myself to the reception, they didn’t provide me what I need.

It’s clean and bed & furniture were all comfortable.
Check-In was 3PM but at 6 PM they were still struggling to find me & other guests whom I met there a room.

The ‘music’ around the pool on the Sunday afternoon! Far far far too loud and totally unnecessary! People come to the pool to relax; not to be deafened.
