This is a perfect hotel! It's tastefully appointed with quality furnishing and amenities, the breakfast is very generous, the location is a terrific point of departure to explore the island. The hotel staff and owners are exceptionally hospitable, kind and professional. This is my first time to Kythira and I knew shortly after I arrived that it wouldn't be my last. I'm thrilled to discover Sirene Villas because I'm sure I'll be back!

Very nice welcome with efficient reception. The calm design and nicely outfitted room with its own outdoor balcony with table and chairs along with clothesline had a nice view of water and hills. The bathroom was very clean, design very nice with modern equip. with nice towels, soaps, shower cap. The kitchenette was equiped with stovetop, dishes, sink with water bottle in refrigerator. WIFI on property and within room. The swimming pool area is beautiful although the rainy weather we did not use. The breakfast offerings were outstanding and the owners/staff are fantastically gracious hosts. p.s. very good cafe for other meals is located within 2 blocks called Manolis

Large and comfortable apartment, wonderful sea view, well-kept garden, excellent and plentiful breakfast. Vivien and Giorgio spoiled us with their typical delicacies.

Sirene Villas is hosted by Giorgos and Voula who are a brother and sister team and have given us the warmest of welcomes. Situated under 10 minutes from the port of Kythira this is a great location near amazing beaches, 5 minutrs from the only restaurant in the immediate area and close to great roads reaching across the island. The room has a shower from heaven, a new AC unit, a small hob and fridge and a kettle if you want one. The bed is comfortable and the balcony is perfect for spotting the rising sun and cool in the afternoon. We sat in the garden to do some reviews and instagramming and Giorgos brought our some wonderful refreshments for us! The breakfast is perfect with all the tasty things you can imagine including fresh figs picked locally. For me, filter coffee, scrambled egg and bacon or little Vienna sausages, etc ... is amazing start to the day. The cooked parts chsngrd everyday. Thank you Giorgos and Voula. You were super helpful, great company and the perfect hosts.

Everything was perfect. The staff was friendly, very helpful and hospitable. The room was spacious, with a nice terrace and with a beautiful view. The breakfast was great.

Very friendly and always there to provide any kind of help and suggestions for traveling around the island. They even offered local products when we arrived and when we left the island. Everything was perfect!

Diakofti is very close to the port where the ferry docks. The owner of Sirene villa's came to pick us up by car, even though the boat was late and it was after 22.00 hours. The service by the family is excellent - very good breakfast, nice garden, lots of free extra's, good wifi. Because the airco was out of order in our room we got a free upgrade to a larger room. We stayed here 6 nights en rented a car from the equally nice neighbor. There is only one restaurant in Diakofti, but it must be one of the best on the island. We did not eat anywhere better in Greece than at Manolis.

We liked everything, Mrs. Voula, her brother and mother are wonderful. They pampered us every day with homemade goodies. The breakfast in the garden was lovely, all quality products. On departure we received a gift. In conclusion, wonderful , I wholeheartedly recommend. I hope to return.

Room was spacious and very comfortable, and everything was cleaned daily as well as fresh towels. The bathroom was stylish with an excellent shower. Lovely big balcony. But what made the stay exceptional was the staff who provided a huge spread for breakfast, offered very good advice about where to visit on the island, responded immediately when we asked for a small table, gave us several treats as well as gifts on our departure. I cannot praise them highly enough.

Very clean, spacoius rooms. The villa is close to Dhiakofti beach. Great breakfast and good coffee. The owners are very friendly and helpfull, wonderful people. We had a great stay.

We spend 9 days in this amazing place with very kind, helpful and generous hosts. Delicious breakfast in the garden under olive tree every morning. They also made the local herbs tea especially for us. I appreciate they considered the fact we are vegeterians. The room was spatial, cleaned every day, fresh towels, nice balcony with the sea wiew. We also found the sweet surprise in the fridge few times. Highly recomanded, i would back there with pleasure. Thank you Voula and your family.

A very nice house with large rooms. The landlords are very friendly and helpful. We had a very nice and relaxed stay in wonderfully quiet surroundings.

Boutique small hotel with excellent location to the beach and to the port.Beautiful and modern decorated room,quiet ,clean. Terrace is with nice view to the port of Diakofti. The hosts were very kind,polite and helpful,who warm welcome you with welcome fresh drinks and who are precise to small details. Fantastic breakfast with homemade dishes which you can eat outside at the green yard.

One of the best stays we ever had. No need to report about the terrific breakfast or about the friendlyness of the owners but we even received a farewell gift: seasalt and homemade honey. 10 of 10 points!

Everything about this accommodation is outstanding, from staff, food, comfort to a location. Meters away from one of the most beautiful beaches on Kythira, yet very quiet. Selection and quality of breakfast was great. The room was not only spotless but also comfortable and air co was quiet. Super warm and welcoming staff.

I should have stayed a full week.

Very clean and spacious Close to an excellent sandy beach and good restaurants. Lovely, polite and helpful management. Great breakfast. We had an awesome stay here. Would definitely recommend and stay here again if we return.

Nothing I didn’t like about this stay - just make sure you realize that this is a little drive from Kapsali and the other more commercial beaches but close to the airport and also this is where the ferries come in to Kythera. There is no public transport on this island - which is one of the reasons it is so relatively quiet and not spoilt by the huge crowds of tourists on some of the other Greek Isles.
