From the moment we pulled into the driveway & were checked in by the most professional, sweet young man we felt at home. The entire staff was amazing…Suki, Arya, everyone did everything to make sure that we had a wonderful stay! Our villa was gorgeous, loved having a full outdoor kitchen, comfy seating area, a private pool, a great bedroom with a comfy bed & a large bathroom. Immaculately clean & maintained with sounds of nature & a walking path leading you to the rice fields & other villages. Sayan is a great area away from the traffic of Ubud but close enough to enjoy it with Sayan Point across the street for the best sunsets! We hated to leave & can’t wait to return!! Thank you!

The location was nice.. From the reception to your villas, you will walk down a bridge with a river flow underneath. You will hear the river from the room which was very pleasant.. This place is close to Sayan Point, a very good sunset spot and a restaurant.

Service - Booking breakfast + Villa is better than booking villa alone and having breakfast there for additional cost as it will cost you more. - Buy cooldrinks outside like alfamart which is cheap, because at the resort it costs more than double. - Though its less, they ask for extra money to bring food to your room but its not worth it as they will deliver the food to your room in a take away plastic box. - I am not sure if they are stressed on the work they do, sometimes they sound little bit rude while helping you. - No telephone at the villa, you can communicate with reception or kitchen or whatever service only via whatsapp. At times, you have to wait for the response and sometimes no response, you can better climb up to the lobby to enquire. - They offer bike rental service which is nice but if you have booked, better take it whatever your situation might be. Though they offer free cancellation and if you cancelled it, you have to pay in advance for next time if you ask for a bike. - Even If you just enquired about availability of bike, they consider it as you have booked it and cancelled if you dont take it and remember you have to pay in advance for the next time. - They say dinner time is till 9 but sometimes their kitchen closes 30 mins early.

Position was great on the little rice field or in the forest depending where you book. Out away from busy centre but still a nice walking distance. Nice staff and rooms

Food a bit expensive in Bali standards for what you get but still very nice. Beds a bit stiff and same with couch.

Surroundings and pool are beautiful.

Sweeping begins at 6am, so if you want to sleep past then you probably won’t be able to. Room was reasonably clean but the tables at breakfast were covered in dead bugs, used sugar packets and old rice. Not cleaned between meals or users clearly! Staff will try to pressure you into taking tours or using their drivers. No phone in room and quite a walk to reception (steps, bridge, more steps…) - could not get room service or laundry without going to the desk. Breakfast is okay but just okay.

The location and enviroment were beautiful, the lodge we booked was spacious equipped with personal pool, fridge, microwave, stove and kitchen ware, comfortable queen size bed. They came everyday to clean the room and change towels. Spacious parking space for cars and scooters. Staff were generaly polite and helpful.

Some staff informed us that they can personaly provide us with tours around ubud for a less fee then companies, which we apreciated, but then everytime we would pass by the lobby they would ask us if and when we want the tour, I found it too pushy. Breakfast is limited and you have to choose in the evening what u want to eat next day, and give the timing as well, not appropriate for a steess/schedule free vacation. Towels were old and white color was almost gray.

This location is truly spectacular, perfect for relaxing/healing/nature. Between the outskirts of the jungle, (that houses Ubud's sacred monkey forest) and a ricefield, down a stone stairway, across a bridge over a river canyon. Almost no traffic noise despite the proximity to Ubud town (approx. 5-10 min walk). The private pool is right next to the jungle adding character to the property. Powerful cirkulation makes the water quite cooling which we found nice in this incredible heat. The topology of the canyon also somehow allows for the wind to reach the villas, further lowering the impact of the heat. Huge "Jurassic" jungle plants grows from the bottom of the canyon and towers far above the pool. The villa itself resembles a bungalow, in a fitting way, from the construction materials used (mainly tropical hardwoods). Great panorama type windows and a 2:nd door facing the pool. The bed has mosquito nets and there is an excellent little electronic device, for repelling insects (which of course uses up one more of the electric outlets when used, therefore bring coils! )

The cushion in the cooking area sofa felt overused. Overall cleanliness could be improved. There aren't that many electrical sockets inside the villa, we managed to find only 5 of which 1 is in the bathroom and 1 is occupied by the tv, bring a stick contacts if you need to charge a lot of devices.

Beautiful property, good location. The room itself could have been cleaner

The staff were only ok, service was very average. Staff only clean the rooms until 11am if you are not up and out by then the room doesn’t get cleaned which I found very substandard. There was a lot of dust in the room and the towels and bottles of water were not replaced daily, the place itself is stunning but the service is really lacking. I wouldn’t go back nor would I recommend.
