Beautiful condo, very clean and comfy large bed, and such an amazing view. We enjoyed eating our breakfast outside and the location was wonderful. Lots of walking trails around the harbor and plenty of restaurants, shopping, and coffee shops to walk to as well. The hosts were super responsive and very kind reaching out ahead and after our vacation; making sure everything was ok. Great weekend getaway!

What an excellent view from this beautiful studio. The bedroom was comfy comfy too. It also had a modified pull out sofa for my teenage daughter. She was also very comfortable as they had additional thoughtful items like a thick mattress pad. You can't beat the view and the hosts were very easy to get in touch with and accommodating. Highly recommended!

Spotless delivery of excellent studio for us. We decided to switch from Marriott Courtyard in Coral Gables to this apartment 20 floors high overlooking Biscayne Bay and one of its sailboat filled natural harbors. It was a nice change. Coconut Grove (totally walkable) has a bunch of good places to eat - breakfast, lunch and dinner. Just spending time at the pool was a great way to relax. We'll stay here again.

A quick weekend trip for Parents’ Weekend at UM. Property was so clean and the view gorgeous. Only down side and it is out of owners control, was the lack of elevators. We had to wait at least 10 minutes each time we needed an elevator.

It was a perfect neighborhood for me. Quiet enough to rest well at night and busy enough to always have something to do. The pool and hot tub are a beautiful way to end a day of exploring as well. I’m thankful for the hosts for their ability to communicate clearly and in a timely way. I hope to come back again sometime soon.

This is my third time to rent this property. I just love the location in and the view can’t be beat. there is a very nice outdoor restaurant, the Glass And Vine, just across the street, excellent seafood,. I intend to return next year.

Soft towels, sheets and blankets. Quality paper towels, toilet paper and tissues. Super clean. Extremely comfortable. Phenomenal view!! Fantastic location! Owners are super responsive and great with providing necessary information. I’ve been to a lot of accommodations and this has been the best so far. Truly exceptional and exceeded all expectations! Only complaint is we didn’t have more time there!

Excellent stay. Great location. Great Room. Owners were very proactive; touching base with us before, during and after our stay. We had zero problems and had a very nice stay. We LOVED the balcony and the view. This was our first time in Coconut Grove and we'd definitely go back.

The condo was perfect with an amazing view.

Large studio with a nice bathroom and small kitchenette, balcony is a perfect place to eat and take in the great views. Coconut Grove is a very nice area with lots of walks and a free trolley into the city so easy to get around without a car. Whilst we didn't cook any gourmet meals, we managed just fine and took full advantage of the balcony furniture by eating out there every night, why sit in a restaurant when you have that view waiting for you! Only one very small point is that there is no freezer compartment, we only really noticed because we were there for two weeks, otherwise I'm sure it's no problem. Communication was superb throughout, very helpful to us Brits visiting the area for the first time. I would suggest that if you're a couple looking for a base to explore Miami this studio would be difficult to beat.
