Room is outdated. We could not use swimming pool as it was in renovation
there is no parking space near the hotel

Wonderfully great staff from allowing us to check in early. Also helpful staff with calling for us the bus companies before checking out. Sorry I didn’t get you ladies names.

It was in a central location and our room was ready.
It was very difficult to get to because of construction. Our room was on the 2nd floor and it was strange because we took the lift to the 2nd floor but then had to walk down a set of stairs to get to our room! This is not easy since we had 4 bags and I have difficulty with stairs (I walk with a cane).

AC in our room didn’t work and the staff couldn’t have cared less.

I liked the view, the location, and the cleanliness.
The fact that the pool was at extra cost + we were asked to purchase the swimming caps!!!!

Rooms have degraded over time with chipped walls, dusty carpets and lamps, shabby, noisy radiators.

The room it was clean and spacious
I reserved a room on this hotel because in the description they said that you can find a lot of parking spaces near the hotel.
When I arrived it was very hard to find a place to park the car. I found one in the center but there are some restrictions and you cannot leave the car more than 2 hour in that zone.
The person from reception said that the hotel doesn't have any parking places so I checked again the description from the site and it seems they changed it and said that they don't have any parking spaces.
I was very disappointed because I choose that hotel for the parking space and I should have been notified if the hotel facilities are changed after I book a room.

Great location in city centre. The food was okay.
The shower cabin was close to falling, one of the doors was barely hanging and the base was broken, the air conditioning was probably never cleaned and smelled horrible. You will feel lucky if you get a parking spot.
