Right by the beach and close to restaurants and stores. Nice area. House had everything the 10 of us needed with plenty of room. Everyone enjoyed their stay

The location was fabulous! We walked to the beach every day! It was also only one block from famous Flagler avenue so it was easy to walk to get ice cream or shop. We were very grateful that the house had great A/C! The house was very clean!

We stayed in this same unit five years ago and loved the split level accommodations and proximity and walkability to everything so of all the other options in town, we decided to come back and are so glad we did!!
So many restaurants and shops nearby but far enough that noise was never an issue. Everyone has their own space. Myself and the younger children upstairs, grandparents on the middle floor and the older teens downstairs.
The unit has all the necessities for cooking and dining as well as all your beach needs. (Boogie boards, chairs and plenty of towels). If/when there is another trip in our future, we won’t even look anywhere else, we know where we’ll stay!!

This Townhouse was absolutely perfect!! More than enough room for 8 adults and 1 child. Perfect location for the beach, all the beautiful shops and delicious restaurants. I would totally recommend anyone to stay here and will absolutely be back if in Daytona again!!

Our group of eight adults shared this property for a week. The location could not have been any better for what we were looking for, as it was very near both the beach and Flagler Avenue. The property was well equipped with kitchenware if you wanted to stay in, but it was also within easy walking distance to numerous restaurants. When we booked the property it was listed as having just 3 bathrooms, but we were pleasantly surprised to find there were actually 4 bathrooms, so none of the couples in our group had to share a bathroom or shower. We would definitely stay here again.

The house is very close to the beach. Very dirty and worn, needs some TLC and would be a gem. One beach chair only for a house this large, broken toaster oven and no remotes worked.

This is our fourth time staying at this beautiful property and I’m so happy to say it did not disappoint! From beginning to end our stay was perfect in every way. Natasja is so accommodating and always available for any questions. She makes us feel like family and this condo is definitely our home away from home!
Great space for multiple couples or large families. Location can’t be beat.

Great but no pool and lots of steps

This home met all our needs - close to beach, restaurants, shopping, and day adventures. There are alot of steps in home that may be an issue for some but did not cause us any problems. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Would love to stay again if in the area. Thanks for sharing this home.

The location is exceptional for the beach, children’s park and Flagler Avenue.
The Condo was ready to go at check-in, the communication with the property manager was easy and she gives a quick response time.
The bedroom with the bunk beds is real close to the ceiling fan, but other than that, our large family enjoyed the space the Condo offered.

This property was very roomy for our big family. We all had pour own bedroom to retreat to when we were tired of the whole family. Everything in the house was user friendly. It was close to the beach and all other amenities that family members were interested.

The condo is very nice. 3 floors with Master on top floor . Very convenient to the beach . Natasha, the contact for the Condo , was fantastic. Had a few little issues but she resolved them quickly .

We stayed here for a week in April and had the best weather and a great stay! The location of this property is ideal, whether you are looking to go to the beach, or Flagler Avenue - they are both only steps away! Multiple dining options and cute shops close by and just a fantastic place overall. Our children enjoyed the park at the beach and it was so easy to go back and forth, if need be. Thank you!

As soon as I arrived and walked in, I could tell it was going to be great place to be. Everything provided, 3 floors with sleeping quarters worked perfectly for our family group who had come from New Mexico for our daughter's wedding. Great location, close to beach and Flagler Ave, caught the tail end of spring break so parking was tight over the weekend but otherwise 3 spots were good enough. If you want to be on the beach this is perfect in my opinion.

Location was fabulous (beach and walking to restaurants), having so much space for all family members was fabulous, and the ease of entrance and exit along with working with Natasha was fabulous! Would most definitely considered renting again! (Although, the kiddos missed also having a pool)

We had a fabulous time at this clean and perfectly located beach house!! Plenty of room for 9 adults and 1 infant. We were just steps from the beach and beautiful Flagler Avenue. The property manager was so easy to work with and check in/out was a breeze!!

Property was amazing and exactly as described. We were extremely comfortable and will definitely rent again if we come back! Drive to Daytona was quick and easy from here. Bars and restaurants nearby was awesome. Nothing beats the easy walk on the beach to watch the sunrise.

We had a great long weekend in NSB, even though our NSB wedding was moved to Orlando as a result of Hurricane Ian. We were concerned about what shape NSB would be in post-Ian but communication with management assured us that we would be good to go. Natasja went above and beyond-answering any questions we had and making sure everything was up and running. Location is right off of Flagler-walking distance to everything-and the beach access is less than a minute from the townhome to the beach. The unit was in perfect condition-a lot of stairs if you have mobility challenges but well stocked and lovely. Would stay again without a doubt!

The property is lovely and conveniently located right off Flagler Avenue within walking to restaurants and shopping. Bike, surf board and boat rentals also nearby if you need more to do than beach it. Just know this is a 3 story property and stairs will be part of your daily routine. Townhouse is comfy and beach chic. We were very happy and our host very accommodating and easy to work with.

Beautiful beach
We had a great time. The beach was gorgeous and the house was convenient to the beach. The house was clean and the listing was accurate. Keep in mind this property is right next to public access which is super convenient but it is also summer so there was a lot of noise/teenagers running around outside until 4 am which was very loud and disturbing for young kids trying to sleep. We also had no idea about the cars allowed on the beach so definitely surprised by that ! Overall it was a great trip and we all had fun.

Paradise
Great spot on New Smyrna Beach. Townehome was just perfect. Plenty of room and bedrooms for all. Furniture and beds were very comfortable. Living area space large enough to all hang out. Literally a block from Flaggler Ave . Great location. Natasha was great to work. Easy checkin and checkout new favorite place on NSB. We will be booking this place again! Thanks for having us!

We had a wonderful week at this condo. NSBeach is a place we love anyway and this trip was our first since our daughter, mom to three of the teens, was killed in a cycling accident three years ago. Natasja was wonderful and we loved our stay. Thanks!

The ice maker was not working when we arrived. On the fifth day of the trip it was finally fixed. It beeped day and night disturbing our stay. We had other issues, too! Agent addressed all problems, but it took me away from fun three days at times. The bed I slept in was very uncomfortable.
Great location, but overall the home was a major disappointment.
