Cosy and clean apartment at an excellent location near the see. Very friendly and professional staff. Overall, good price/performance ratio.

No free parking directly at the apartments, however free parking in areas close by (might be a bit challenging to find a spot).

The hotel was excellent in terms of space, location and comfort. We should have stayed longer!

The only thing that needs addressing is paying attention to details when cleaning. There were black hairs on the bathroom floor, the magnifying mirror was dusty and the teacups were stained.

The hotel is old, but we got a renovated room. Very comfortable with a nice terrace and view on the sea. The room is big, and have almost everything you need.

There’s an old coffee machine, but no coffee. The staff was a bit rude several time. They have a parking that costs 18 EUR per day.

The room, staff and breakfast were excellent - the location is quiet, basically on the beach and within walking distance to many good restaurants with Fogon7 being a huge favourite. The area does not have much nightlife or activities but, for our purposes, it was perfect. Don't expect any British style pubs, it's aimed more at German and Spanish visitors.

The pool was temporarily unavailable but, as the hotel is on the seafront, it didn't matter to us.

We loved the location and breakfast. Apartament was very clean with lovley sea view! Had all we needed. Breakfast was amazing/ lots of choice. Jose was very helpfull when other guest hit our car, he called company and helped to fill out all documents. our stay was great and we will defenetly return! Thank you all for makeing our stay so special!

We spent 3 nights here in September 2022, arriving at Palma de Mallorca Airport and driving a rental car to Paguera. The trip took about 30 minutes. We were met by a friendly Jose at reception and were informed of the free parking arrangements within the hotel compound via a controlled barrier. The apartment is very centrally located off the main street of Paguera and a stone’s throw to the beach. There are heaps of places to dine nearby. We arrived serendipitously on Tourist Day and were given a free drink voucher to enjoy during the night parade and festivities including a fireworks display. Our allocated one-bedroom apartment (No. 402) is very spacious and had a view of the sea from the back balcony. The living area and bedroom had a modern decor and air-conditioning in all rooms was a welcome relief as summer days in Paguera can get oppressive.

The private parking area is very tight and required many 3-point turns to reverse out. We were lucky we hired a smaller car for easier manoeuvring. The kitchen could be better fitted out, especially small items like a dishwashing brush to be considered.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room had a nice view over the sea, we enjoyed having dinner on the terrace overlooking the beach. The property charges extra for parking, 10 euros/day, but there is free public parking available nearby a short walk away. The room was cleaned on most days by staff, the room was comfortable, it was a good size.

The kitchen was basic, not well equipped, not ideal for cooking our own meals. It lacked cleaning supplies, we had to buy most of them ourselves, also coffee filters, coffee, tea which other apartments usually provide. The property would have been more comfortable if they provided a better equipped kitchen, also a washing machine and oven for cooking.

It is a little noisy

Great location and very friendly staff in Jose and Santi who were super hospitable. They helped with everything we needed and gave some good advice on places to check out. They also have a very good restaurant with a nice breakfast and good menu.

Great location at beautiful Tora beach. Friendly staff and amazing accomodations! Beautifully appointed modern unit offers an oversized terrace facing the ocean. Comfortable beds and spacious apartment. Couldn’t ask for more, a truly perfect stay !

A comfortable, renovated and nicely decorated apartment, it was pleasantly cool with a perfect air conditioner. The beds were very comfortable, fresh towels almost every day, bed linen changed several times during the stay, great shower. The kitchenette is cozy and sufficiently equipped. The apartment was cleaned daily. Excellent location, almost right on the beach, a few steps from the nice sandy beach, many restaurants and bars around, next to the shopping street, a few steps to the bus stop (regular buses to Palma or directly to the airport). Despite, that in the evenings there are many people in the streets, bars and restaurants and there is a lot of noise, nothing could be heard from outside, it was very quiet in the apartment. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We loved the apartment and the location.
