Noicy location at night being located opposite at 2 restaurants. The kitchenette is just good to make a coffee and equipped with very very little condiments, I guess they know. The place needs sound proof windows with screens. Those mosquito are terrible. If you want to pay by credit card make sure you can do that,they may ask for cash payment. The TV screen is small and located too high.

Beautiful room in the centre of montepulciano. Gorgeous little balcony. Host very accommodating, some roads were closed duting out visit so we found it hard to park, our host took the keys and parked the car for us. Very close to apartment. Great service. Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at Il Buonumore. The accommodations were perfect and centrally located. The owner was very helpful with our travel plans and also with recommendations for things to do and delicious restaurants. downtown Montepulciano is very very hilly to walk, but that is not the fault of the property. it’s just something to consider if you are thinking of visiting and staying in town.

Locality of property was so beatiful, Montepulciano is really great place for many trips in Tuscany, tasting wine, cheese and cuisine.

Nice and clean in city center and the host can arrange ZTL pass. Very easy to communicate with the owner and very accommodating. The room has water and some basic essentials (shower gel no shampoo though)

Quite some stairs to take the luggage to the room and there are some stairs from parking p7 to the property. In any case walking ups and downs in this charming town takes some physical strength

Great breakfast--extra cost but reasonable as they have discount with nearby cafe. Lovely apartment with a small kitchenette and great shower. Room nicely decorated and good size. Our host was very helpful with suggestions for restaurants, laundry, wine tastings and nearby towns to visit.
