All is super.

The host and her mother were very friendly and helpful. The studio apartment was a good size for a single traveler. It is nice and bright and has good air conditioning. The location is very convenient to restaurants and about 10 minutes walk to the Latin Bridge and old town. The studio was clean, with a nice modern shower and cooking facilities.

The traffic was loud until about 11pm. You have to climb two floors so that is difficult with heavy suitcases.

The first thing we saw in the room - A COCKROACH. Almost everything you touch just falls apart - the fridge door came off, closet handles, shower head. Then there were no bed sheets, no pillow case for a second bed. Overall the concept of the place is very nice, but people who run it seem to not care about the experience the guests get. P.S. on pictures it looks better than in real life.

Good location, close to basicly everything.

The room has very basic equipment. It had a certain not pleasent smell to it (similare to places where smoking is allowed). The balcony was rather dirty, and so was the carpet and floor towel. It looked like it hadent been cleaned for some time. The owner was away the first day so she unfortunately didnt do anything to have it cleaned. The next day she wanted to help but we already cleaned it, none the less she didnt offer a disscount or something. All in all its a good deal, would be better if it was clean.

Very nice accomodation in city center. The best rate of luxury for price. Kind helpful staff, very clean apartment with great terrace. Only couple minuts from all cities ammenities.
