It is really comfortable and clean hotel. Close to city center.

The staff were kind, gave us every information we needed. The hotel location is perfect you can go to the city on foot.

I thought the breakfast is better as I saw on the pictures. The first morning there were not any pastry, I asked and got buns. I like to eat yogurt with cereals for breakfast but there were not yogurt. On the pictures there are more things than we got there. I felt a little poor the breakfast, an absolute basic buffet. From the shower the water flows out and it is on the floor in a small puddle. The soap tube is on the sink and it cannot fit into the holder. A little part of the toilet paper holder is missing, so you cannot put the toilet paper inside. In the description there is table and seating are. Here in our room there was a table but not a chair to it to sit. The satellite channels are running, strange voices so you cannot watch TV. In the description there is a laptop safe in the room, in our room there was not any safe. We waited more from a 4 stars hotel in the city center. We chose this hotel to celebrate wedding anniversary and we were a little disappointed.

Great location. It’s only a short walk to the old bazaar and Sarajevo City Hall. The room is neat & clean with necessary facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast. There is a garage for secure car parking (with additional cost) which can be accessed from the back street.

First of all i would like to say Sarajevo is an underrated city. If you are planning to visit you’ll be love it. Secondly, when i decided to come here i couldnt choose hotels. I dont like and not sure about quality/cleaning facilities etc. However i love hotel bistrik. Hotel room was super clean, breakfast is enough, lovely lady is cooking amazing crepes. On top of that They’ve helped me for every situation. They are friendly and answer every question i have. Even one of the guy in the lobby called bus companies for me because i cant speak bosnian. I am highly recommend the hotel. Worth the price.

Hotel located close to Old Town, few minutes by walk. Clean. Water on welcome. Nice bed. All stuff very polite and helpfull. They organize a transport From and to airport. Brekfast fresh.

No elevator in hotel (one way our suitcase was moved, but other time we have to do it by ourself on stairs..). Hair dryer - was so slow and wind wo very small, it took me hours to dry hair.

The breakfast was very good 😊

I have very bad experience dealing with this hotel. Stuff were not cooperative and unfair charges were deducted. I extremely do NOT recommend this hotel.

The hotel is amazing. Stuff is super helpful and friendly. Rooms are comfortable and very clean. The facility is renovated and feels like brand new. Breakfast has good variety and so delicious. I definitely recommend this hotel for couples or families.
