The location of the property it very bad. I felt very shady, not a family hotel at all

Nothing.

When we checked in I saw a rat running across the tables where food is served for breakfast. Beds sheets and pillows were dirty, we slept under our own blanket and used our own travel pillows. Bathroom was dirty. Window didn’t shut properly and rattled loudly in the wind. We arrived at 05:00 after travelling for 24 hours. We had 3 hours sleep and left.

Hotel staff was very rude. They straight denied wifi, cutlery and hot water rod as there was no hot water, i had to take a shower with cold water. There was a lot of hair on the bed sheet and pillow. Random strange and shady guys were in the lobby. And no security guard.
