Beautiful and clean the best views

It’s a lovely little place with everything you need, it’s on a tram spot and beach access is great, a nice beach walk north or south to great cafes and shops. The view is amazing. There are a just a few little things to mention, it’s a little noisy, the road noise and sirens can be intrusive while we slept and the noise from the unit above, the bed mattress needs updating and the water pressure while we were there was not great.

The place was lovely and the host very responsive to questions. Easy check in process.

Spacious and clean with excellent views of beach and river. Lots of development going on around the area. Can't fault the building, communication with the owner - thanks Sharon, or ther short walk to various lovely eating venues.

This apartment was perfect for a weeks getaway with my partner. The view was amazing! The only thing I could possibly fault was the mattress on the bed. Wasn't the most comfortable for either myself or my partner.

Lovely host and apartment was lovely. Had originally booked somewhere else but were recommended this place by a friend and so glad we changed our booking to here. Would stay here again if ever going to Surfers Paradise again.

Great location, spacious and well kept apartment, stunning views, homely welcoming feel. Just perfect all round.

The Sub-Penthouse was perfect for the break I needed. It was beautifully furnished, had excellent views and was well positioned in relation to the beach and various shops, etc. Highly recommended.

When you find gems like the sub penthouse you feel truly blessed. The apartment is everything you see online & more. Sharon & Geoff were fabulous to deal with. Cannot recommend this apartment highly enough. Can't wait to come back.

We loved the apartment and the views. Having the tram just a few metres from the driveway was an added bonus. We used the trams all the time instead of driving. The only thing we weren't really happy with was the poor water pressure in the shower but we are on the 32nd floor!!

We had a great time at the sub penthouse. Such a great place to unwind and watch the world go by with a drink in your hand. Will definitely be back!

The location of this apartment is perfect, close to the tram stop which made getting around so easy and there’s also a secure car park provided if you have a car. The view from the big balcony is just amazing during the day and night. Spent a lot of time there watching the world go by. We sat out there for a few hours one night and watched a storm pass by, got some great lightening photos too. Inside is very clean and comfortable has pretty much everything you need. The air conditioning works really well which was a big plus for me. Excellent communication from the owners and easy instructions on how to check in etc. Loved staying here and so glad we chose this apartment, will definitely be staying again and can’t wait to return.

Absolutely loved the property. The best of the best. All amenities were helpful. Hate any coffeemaker but my own do I went across the street happily for s fabulous flat white daily. Fish and chips just steps away. The beach gorgeous. The view from the balcony with a constant beautiful breeze and perfect light st all times. Only deficit was the noise and rumble from the streets. Not to be avoided at this location but really loved loved loved the apartment. Such a gorgeous comfortable design and easy living. Would buy the place in a heartbeat!!! Parking was eAsy, check in with Geoff was perfect. Never saw or needed the host but available by phone in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!!!!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in Geoff and Sharon's property. It had everything we needed which was so convenient. Communication with Geoff was quick and speedy. Location was central even though we hired a car for a couple of days we didn't really need it . Geoff was so kind to pick us up from the airport too and give us advice on what to do, where to go and eat. We will remember this place always as it was our honeymoon too. The view unforgettable. We will be back !!

Excellent price for a very large penthouse with spectacular views. The owners were very gracious and accommodating to our schedule for check-in.

Unit was positioned perfectly overlooking main beach and city. Furnishings and appliances we're also great which made the stay excellent. Geoff and Sharon where also great yo communicate with.

Excellent accommodation for 2, great location with fantastic views. Easy access to public transport and also has an undercover secure car parking space. Hosts have provided everything you need and the place is very comfortable, clean and tidy. Would not hesitate to come back or recommend to anyone.

Truly a home away from home! Very tidy, spacious and everything you need is supplied, clean, fluffy towels, additional blankets if you get really cold and a washer and dryer, when you need them, an umbrella if it rains, a shopping trolley with wheels if you need to shop a lot from the supermarket. I love the early mornings and early evenings when you can have a glimpse of the sunrise/sunset. A short walking distance to the beach and the supermarket. Convenient to the G-link which was a plus! The hosts were so friendly and attentive. Highly recommended to everyone. Will definitely go back there!

Absolutely loved it. Location is so perfect, tram out the front to anywhere, far enough away without the rif raff but close enough to join if you chose. Apartment was perfect, the view amazing, did not hear one neighbour once and that is massive for me.- that could ruin a stay for me and has done many times! This was brilliant!! Felt secluded as I love... Geoff was brilliant, a simple text and he helped me promptly regarding logistics when I was unsure but otherwise he was just the perfect thorough info man upon greeting. Nothing more you could want in your spartment or hosts. Even surprised to see a hairdressers on the bottom floor who washed my hair, helped me with ideas of places to go. I could write so much more, I will be back. I wish I was still there!
