Hotel was in a great spot. Right off the highway. Staff was helpful and friendly. Pool was open and clean. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with many options.
Our shower had Luke warm water and it did not get hot for us.

Breakfasr close so early @9am should be open untill 10am not everybody that stay @ hotel is for bussiness

Breakfast was great, but I missed having the option of bacon. Well-stocked, good location, ample room to eat.
No bacon.
Also, I could not get the Keurig coffee maker to work in my room.

Stains on the carpets and the pillows are not firm enough.

Location was greate. It was close to shopping areas and restaurants.
Our room did not get daily service such as garbage was not picked up, beds were not refreshed...

elevators sounded like they needed repaired, our room blind was remote controlled and it was broken so blind was down our whole trip, tv channels were very slow and each channel had a 1,2 and 3- no guide on remote.

We were in town for softball and it was perfect located for us.

It was a beautiful hotel, and it was very comfortable.
The only thing I didn't like was when I got there, me and a gentleman had to wait at least 10 minutes for someone to service us,, The person wasn't very friendly. The rest of the staff was a little better.

Nice, Updated and Clean Rooms. The rooms were a nice size and didn’t feel cramped. Location was great, close to fast food and sit down restaurants & shopping, not too far from St Louis Attractions. Breakfast was good and hot and had a variety of foods.

There was a lot of noise from kids running up and down the hallways and people slamming doors.

this place has zero sound proofing. The people above us were loud. next door people kept slamming the doors. just horrible. it never stopped all night slamming doors and stomping.

Horrible shower head, hardly any water coming out. Fan in the bathroom was disgusting and obviously hadn’t been in a long time
