Great location to the Factory venue.

Very helpful staff, nice gym, clean rooms, calm and silent

The rooms were not made up during my stay, perhaps because it's more of an aparthotel than a hotel

Hotel was clean, staff was exceptional, pool area and breakfast were great.

The beds are absolutely trash. Didn't get much sleep.

Water pressure in shower was a little weak. TV was very slow to reacting to remote for some reason.

Loved the mini kitchen/living area. Extremely clean and accommodating. A cook top, dishwasher, small appliances, dishes... it was perfect

Only complaint would be the reservations department off site. They were not very friendly but once I reached someone at the front desk it was great.

The rooms are big and comfortable. Brandon at the front desk is a treasure. When traveling alone, I feel like he has my back if I needed it.

The shower in 316 didn’t drain well. Other than that, flawless.

The property was very clean and actually, there were a lot of guests when we arrived at the hotel but the whole time you really couldn’t tell from the non amount of noise. The room we chose was a very comfortable room with the kitchen area/ lounge area. We have stayed here at least 3 times in the last 6 months and plan on being there again in the following month ahead. The location is ideal since all the restaurants/stores are conveniently located right by it.

The only thing that was a negative is the loud sound of the AC in the room when you turn it on.
