Great location, really quiet and fantastic room. Bed was super comfy!

Breakfast was terrific, location superb. Staff were lovely, especially the women. Jamie on front desk was delightful and extremely helpful

Das Hotel wurde während unseres Aufenthalts gerade umfassend saniert. Aber das muss auch mal sein. Und wenn ich mich echt erinnere, wurden wir zuvor darauf hingewiesen mit kostenloser Stornierungsoption.

Personnel, propreté, taille de la chambre, vue sur le parc. Un personnel vraiment sympathique ! Emplacement très bien pour se promener à pied dans Bristol. Très calme.

Sehr schönes Zimmer, was keine Wünsche offen lasst. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr ausgewogen und einladend. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und man kann die Stadt sehr gut zu Fuß erlaufen.

Stayed with my son for a weekend in Bristol and thought the hotel was great. The location is very good (especially if you like shopping, as it’s right beside Cabot Mall, but there are lots of restaurants too which were more our thing than the shops). Very nice reception and public areas. The staff were very nice (Jamie especially on check-in). We were upgraded, which was very much appreciated and we were allowed to check in early. The room itself was very comfortable and the bed was one of the best I’ve had on hotels. The gym was also in the top 3 I’ve ever been in as regards hotel gyms!

The only minor gripes/improvements I would suggest are: (1) the WiFi in the room was pretty terrible; (2) and these days a smart tv (e.g with access to Netflix etc if we enter our own account details) is pretty standard in my experience in better hotels and a bit surprising this hotel’s TVs didn’t allow that. However, these were minor to us in the grand scheme of things and we would definitely return.

The rooms were uncomfortably warm, struggled to sleep at night. Woke up several times due to the heat to sip water which had practically boiled itself from the room temperature. Aircon is as just circulating hot air and no window was able to be opened due to them being sealed shut.

This hotel was perfectly located for my mother & I to stay the night prior to catching a flight from Bristol airport the next day. We particularly appreciated the two double beds in the twin room, which was a big part of my decision to book this hotel. It's newly refurbished to a high standard, with swanky modern decor that I actually quite liked! It also has great views over the park with Bristol castle in it. Breakfast was plentiful! The staff and service in reception & overall were fantastic, very welcoming.

Sadly a bit let down by the coffee machine at breakfast (I'm not a fan of the standardised powder-made DIY machines now often installed in chain hotels - not real coffee!). Breakfast was a bit lukewarm & gloopy, & the breakfast service was patchy. My only criticism however.

La amplitud de la habitación, con dos grandes camas de matrimonio para los 4 miembros de la familia y espacio suficiente para maletas, mesita y escritorio. La ubicación, no en el mismísimo centro pero si a pocos minutos atravesando Castle Park, lo que te quita del bullicio de fin de semana. Habitación limpia y renovación de toallas diaria (si se pide) o cada 3 días. La estación de trenes Temple Meads a ni 15 minutos andando, la estación de autobuses con parada del que te lleva al aeropuerto a menos de 10 minutos andando, incluso la parada de autobuses a Londres (FlixBus o Megabus) y otras ciudades más cerca todavía. Ubicación estratégica junto a zona comercial de Cabot Circus, con supermercado a 3 minutos. El personal es muy amable y atento en todo momento.

La verdad es que nada, todo estuvo correctamente. El baño es lo justo en tamaño, pero tiene todo lo necesario para el día a día.

The hotel room water supply had no cold water, so we as a family were unable to take showers due to extreme hot temperature of water coming through the shower and taps. Very poor for a main stream hotelier

Hotel was lovely, room was comfortable. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent, the buffet had lots of choice and catered for everyone. Breakfast staff were excellent and very helpful and friendly. Will be definitely coming back when next out in Bristol.

In a really central location with good transport links to other parts of Bristol. We had a room on the 8th floor with a fantastic view over Castle Park and looking up towards the university. The room was large and immaculately clean. The bathroom was of a good size and the shower had good water pressure and was easy to use. There was a nice sized desk and a couple of comfortable chairs in the room with and coffee table. The staff at reception and the bar were friendly and welcoming. The selection at breakfast was very good as well.
