Promise is a very nice lady and very helpful.room was very clean and spacious.excellent facilities even a washing machine!

The lift takes forrrreevvvvverrr!! So slow..no other complaints really

Excellent location and sandy beaches are within 5 min on foot. Bus station, supermarket, cafes, and restaurants are all nearby. A WiFi access point was in our room, so the internet connection was very good. The room has a beautiful view of the pool and the sea, which was upgraded by the hotel for free. The kitchen has all the equipment/ tools you may need.

We stayed there in the winter (December) where almost everything was closed in Palmanova especially water activities and excursions. However, the weather was good and it's still a relaxing and charming place to enjoy with the family. Also, everything was working normally in Palma. The beds weren't comfortable.

A very nice apartment really close to a great beach. Bars, shopping, supermarkets all close by. The hotel provided us with a baby cot and also managed to get the high chair, which we really appreciated. Good view and a nice balcony.

The parking was ok, but the places are limited. If arrive late in the evening might need to find parking on the street.

Location is perfect and Miss Promise was very helpful and kind.

Nothing I didn’t like about the property particularly, it was a cheap and cheerful option and I got exactly what I paid for.

great location and everything you need to relax. cafes and shops near the hotel. the sea is near the hotel. we lived on the ninth floor and it was a very excellent view.

the room had two beds and not one family bed. the beds were uncomfortable.

Promise at reception is fantastic and couldn't be more helpful. Our check in process was smooth, the apartment was spotless and location is perfect for the the beach.

Well equipped kitchen. Stove and microwave broken on first day. Staff immediately replaced with new working ones big plus Clean bedsheets, clean apartment and bathroom Good sea view from balcony.

My friend and I stayed in one apartment for 6 days. Great location, and we had everything we could need in the apartment, or asking the reception. The staff was great, especially the receptionist ❤️ always welcoming to help, we love her.

Everything was perfect, the location, the facilities, all we need for some days or even weeks, from plates and cups to washer machine and mini refrigirator.Very close to the Palmanova beach, supermarkets and restaurants. I recommend this location for couples and families.

great location, the pool was clean- open from 10am-6pm daily. you get what you pay for!!!

Stayed for 1 week- towels were not changed once nor was our room visited by any cleaning staff. Wi-Fi very poor- reception could only be got to be got in the lobby. air con was leaking on to the bed. you are required to remove the one rubbish from the apartment yourself.

Our holiday was made extra special by the lady at reception her name is Promise and she is so welcoming and always has a smile every time you see her. Nothing was to much trouble for Promise she really wants all the guests to have a wonderful holiday. I would recommend the apartments they are very clean and we maintained and have a fantastic location less then 5 mins from beach and restaraunts. There is also a bar and restaraunt next to the pool and all the staff are very friendly. I recommend to famies for a great affordable option.
