Consitently good service , good restaurant with reasonble prices, great pool, convenient car rental service , room was clean and well furnished but not luxurious

This is truly one of the best places we've ever stayed at on holiday. I honestly hesitate giving such a high score because I want to keep this place all to myself! :) I work with hotels and I spend about 90 days a year in hotels and I can tell you first hand, this place is incredible. Someone did their homework and the new renovations, the service, the package, were all done incredibly well. The tranquility of the property is amazing! The views, the suites, and the breakfast! All fantastic! A huge thank you to the staff! If we are back in the region, we will stay here again.

I would have loved a smaller pillow, but that is personal preference. Everything else was great!

Amazing view and the honeymoon suite was just as good as the pictures. Spectacular sunsets. Peaceful and quiet. The restaurant was great. Nice staff.

We loved everything! We had the best week here and would highly recommend and definitely be coming again. Everything was perfect, food, suite, the view, facilities, having a car with our room was great to get around and the Staff were exceptional! They really made it the best week for us and were so helpful and so kind to us, beyond grateful for them.

Good looking overall. Quiet location. Clean (kudos to the cleaning ladies) Pool and restaurant with an awesome view. Varied breakfast. The staff was friendly We had the package with the car included. Pickup to and from the airport included. Cold tap water free of charge at the pool and restaurant. Cute private terrace with a clothes drier.

Broken door which needed repairs twice in the same day. (Instead of apologies, they tried to convince us that the door lock was working just fine... ) Jacuzzi has some sharp pebbles all over it and can't rest your back. It also has just one high intensity program which ruins the experience. Noisy neighbours. Restaurant food is average at best but they present it as fine dining. (Everywhere else we ate on the island was better) We found a maggot in the burgers... hopefully from the salad and not the meat. BBQ night was a disappointment. Cold meat and not that varied. The receptionist told us that we could not keep the car over 11 AM (not even with an extra charge) because it's reserved for somebody else already but the car rental manager told us that it was reserved starting next day...and we remained stuck at the hotel until 6 PM without transportation. The car had a persistent beating noise coming from the right wheel. See through shades at the windows(we had constant light during night)...which was giving as 0 privacy with the light on.

Friendly staff. Clean communal areas. Lovely location but remote if you didn't want to use the car. Nice pool.

Layout of the apartment. Very steep, step ladder like stairs to upper floor bedroom. No drawers for clothes. Small hanging area in downstairs area but nothing in the upper area. No kettle, toaster, microwave. Shower cubicle not clean.

The view was amazing. The breakfasts were phenomenal. The pool was beautiful. And the staff were very friendly.

The room was just a bit cramped for the four of us, but we made it work.

Our room, a suite with own pool, was superb 🫶. Great way to spend time together. The hotel amenities were aswell great and food was very good. The room rent also included a car which was great since we had a couple of windy days and we took the opportunity to explore the neighborhoods. Amazing views just 'behind the corner'.

Staff were very nice. The amenities are quite nice and they offer service of food and beverages to the beach where they have tanning beds and sunbrellas. The location is great for exploring the West/Middle part of Crete and it is located only a 15 minute drive from the airport in Chania.

The hotel is close to the airport so if you do not like the sound of airplanes taking off you should go somewhere else as tje hotel is almost right in the takeoff lane. It did not bother us much but just thought to mention it.

The reception staff and airport pick up/drop off person were excellent. Very welcoming and helpful during our stay. The cleaning staff did a good job and fitted around my son's late mornings without any fuss. Must have been really annoying for them! The gardens and pool areas were very tidy and kept clean. Water was brought to loungers during the day, a nice touch. Although the location was a bit remote, you needed a car unless you enjoy a fairly long walk to any local eateries, the uncrowded pool area and access to the sea made for a very relaxing holiday. Breakfast buffet was very good with a varied selection.

Waitering staff weren't very engaging. This might have been a slight language issue but came across as a bit unfriendly. Lunch and dinner choices were a bit limited particularly if you didn't venture out.

The whole experience, pleasant staff, wonderful location and good food what more is there to say. Oh my wife is coeliac if you let them know prior to your visit they will acquire gluten free bread but in any case all was catered for and nothing was any trouble for them, will definitely visit again

The bed ledge was a bit wide and my wife caught her legs three times and badly cut and bruised. May be worth looking at

The very good breakfast, nice swimming pool and the privat beach and good service.

Kitchen could use a renovation. The floor on the bathroom went wet when we took a shower.

Everything was fine.

From airport pickup to drop off it was so relaxing, a beautiful pool and pontoon into the sea, easy to snorkel. Always a space by the pool. Very clean and good breakfast selection. Loved it.

Would suggest a few lighter menu options in evening
