Simple hotel, good for value, not perfect, but you pay what you get. Staff very welcome. So amazing views all city down to your feets.

Ants in kitchenette. Mosquitos in apartment. Towels need to be changed more often. All dirty ones been on floor already we was sure it will be changed, asked reception but still no get them until next day..

Liked the location and views. Easy and fast to get a taxi from riosol's reception, and they let us use the luggage room for couple of hours after checking out.

Didn't like the overall state of the buildings, not as in the pictures, and some pics are from hotel riosol next door, where only monte paraisos reception is. Would need renovation, especially floors, tiles and tile joints cracked, also ants and cockroaches swarming in the apartment. Staff gave cockroach spray to get rid of them. Only little hot water, really low pressure and really, really loud water boiler in the kitchenette. Would be ok, if the price were half from what it was.

Although there was a mini washing line it would of been nice to have a drying rack as stated in the list of facilities the apartment had, but wasn’t a biggy.

We wasn’t aware we needed to collect the keys from the Hotel Riosol but once we figured this out it was fine. The apartment was just as we had expected. A standard cheap apartment, had everything we needed for the one night we stayed and the pool was great for the kids. Although deep, it was great.

clean good view of the bay just right for a short break in the sun we gad trouble with sink waste in bath room all sorted while we were out safe battery went flat so unable to get in to safe this was all sorted with in half an hour good attention to our problems

We love this place 3rd visit. Clean apartment and cleaners in everyday with clean towels. Close to shops and entertainment

The room wasn't really clean We found many coackroaches coming from the window that we found open when we arrived

we had to go to a different hotel to check into our hotel , which obviously didn't have a reception. When booking there were no instructions on how to check into a hotel with no reception.

When I was checking in the girl from Reception was really nice and friendly ( all the best with studying in Poland) was the best experience thanks to this girl and im travel a lot's
