Breakfast was ok ok...swimming pool not part of the hotel apartment.

I enjoyed the breakfast with local hot dishes. Good coffee.

Maybe som more written information about the hotel and the faciilities. How to travel around and how to find the best things to do etc.

Location was hard for taxis to find if you went into the city, but if you take the train, then it is good

Great place with a nice view. Away from the busy main road, so, not really noisy. It was a nice atmosphere in the room in the evening with blinds open and city lights shining from the outside on a high floor. Nice and quiet outside pool too.

AC didn't work.

When I got there they didn't turn o the AC on till I walked in to the room. . It's hot hell and my first night was terrible because the AC didn't work right. On top of that a maid turned off the AC after cleaning. Poor services.

We were amazed at the friendliness and professionalism of the staff; they went beyond to make sure we were happy and didn't meet one person who was not smiling. We had the 2 bedrooms suite and a real apartment, bigger than what we expected and equipped with washing machine and drier. The place was perfectly clean and comfy. A lot of TV channels in foreign languages. We were surprised with the breakfast as we previously read some not so enthusiastic comments about it. For us, it was perfectly fine; exactly what we wished for: a good choice of sweet and salty option, asian and western. We were very pleased with it. Our family enjoyed the swimming pool a lot which offers both shallow and deep (very deep) waters. We had a lot of fun. The location is great as it is a short taxi ride from Bangna Mega Mall. We loved our stay and will definitely come back!

Maybe some decoration refresh could be done here and there but nothing really bothering.

Horrible breakfast - very poor range of food- some items looked stale Washing machine/dyer difficult to operate as the dryer was not performing its function Other have stated near large shopping mall however I think it is taking some effort to get there

24hour 7/11 on the ground floor

the balcony rail was very low with a bolt missing on one side which made it loose and wobbly. bit scary when you’re 8 floors high
