Mysigt boende med en blandning av gammalt och nytt. Centralt läge med närhet till centrum, restauranger och fallen.

Personligt och mycket trevligt.
Gammalt fint hotell i centrala Trollhättan nära till det mesta. Trots närheten till flera restauranger och pubar var det tyst och lugnt.

Very good spot in the centre, near a bus stop and plenty of shops. Pleasant rooms and look to the place, very soft beds.
I stayed in summer and the room became rather hot. The windows open and the small fan on did little to alleviate this.

The most exciting thing about my stay was the attitude of the personnel of the hotel, starting with the reception and finishing with the farewell, that definitely creates the most beautiful perception of the place and service provided! Special thanks to Gunilla, very kind and empathic person, a living embodiment of hospitality! Other important aspects are the coziness of the hotel, the convenience of the location, the state of the room facilities, the cleanliness and neatness, and probably the most delicious breakfasts in the area, that fully illustrate the friendliness and guest-orientation of the Swedish culture! In general, this was one of the most gorgeous experiences I have ever had staying in hotels! Great job!

There is a privat parking (free of charge) behind the hotel with the drive through by the entrance. Best personal service ever! I think it should be illegal to enter the hotel room without talking to Ulrika first! The history of the place has to be appreceated, so you will turn the blind eye for some very tiny drawbacks. Best location, close to amazing nature walks in the area. Hey, there is Trollhättan's own Trolltunga! Beside all the other "normal" choices for breakfast, one can try some interesting home-made marmelades. Comfy bed - double with 2 blankets. Small walk-in closet and fridge, if you need it. Very clean and fresh bathroom. Tips for girls: bring your own hair conditioner. There is tea/coffee room opposite to the reception where you can have a coffee break any time with some home baked goodies.
