Cold rooms and when asked about heating told it was summer (end September) and nothing they could do. Ironically the staff were setting up a heater behind reception.

Food is very good!! And the ladies from cleaning helped us a lot with everything we asked for; the lady with short hair was very very nice talking every time :)

In first room every part of the bathroom was leaking (even the toilet), the smell was bad. Air conditioner didn't work at all and the room was so hot that we even start feeling bad and didn't sleep all night (outside was 40°C in first day). Then they changed our room; that was nice but even in second room the air conditioner didn't work but it was ok because this room was more re-freshing & not that warm. All the showers (from 3 different rooms) were leaking and smelling bad beacuse the drains were backed up. The card key didn't work and every time we had to ask someone for help. As a 4 stars hotel it wasn't very nice but the food is very delicious 😊
