Lovely big rooms, restaurant on the beach comfortable beds. Location was great close to beach and a variety of food. Lovely pool, friendly staff

The rooms are old, paint peeling off, mould in the bathroom, rusty taps.

I loved the location and the beach front. I thought the blue bean bags looked fantastic and loved the white furniture. A very pretty hotel.

Had to go to bar and order my own drinks and food. I found there to be very limited staff contact. To be honest I can't remember talking to any of the staff or the staff talking to me.

Loved the property. Great accommodations, great staff. Beautiful view.

booked 5 rooms at the same price and 3 were the old standard room and 2 were brand new. A huge amount of difference between them. I spoke with management and they didn’t see my concerns . They said they were booked out and couldn’t do anything. We stayed a week . Manager made a mistake with the bill for 5 rooms and re did the transaction which went through but later I realised I had a larger amount pending which ties up my money in my account. I couldn’t access my funds for 8 days. I brought this up with them many times and there was nothing they could do. I was told I’d have to wait until mistake was corrected. The owner in Bali was contacted but I had no success.

We loved the position right on the beach. Breakfast was great… staff were really helpful. Beds were very comfy.

They have beautiful gardens that needed a little care.

* Family rooms were spacious, modern and comfortable. * Good value for one of the few accommodations that offer 2 separate bedrooms. * Excellent beachfront location. * Staff were very friendly and helpful. * Nice breakfast, although might not be adequate for bigger appetites. However, can order and pay for extra items from breakfast menu which is very affordable.

* No pick up or drop off service to ferry port. * Bathrooms whilst looking recently renovated, aren't quite up to western standards. * Should have pool noodles in pool as it's quite deep. * Poor WiFi in areas far from reception, especially rooms at the back.
