We had the executive suite as we wanted to stay inside the hotel quite a bit. The room was very large and a lovely spa bath. Good location for when we did go sightseeing. The club lounge was small with limited range, but what was there was actually very good and changed regularly. The in-house spa provided us with a great Hamam experience

Some of the room felt a bit dated. No smart TV for instance. Some of the curtains did not close properly. Our biggest issue was that there was no outdoor pool with a bar. We had planned to use that extensively. The pool is small, shallow, and on a below-ground floor.

Room is very dark! Not enough light, so it’s not great when doing make-up. Check in is way too slow. Expect Atleast 30mins of waiting time, pillows for bed weren’t good atall and bed was uncomfortable

Bad value for money. Seems like $40 per night hotel, not $150. Also, asked specifically about pool - got answer that it works 24/7, but this is not true

The location is good

There is a lack of attention to detail. When we arrived, the toilet floor had not been cleaned. This stayed for 5 days until we reported it. The breakfast is unappetising - stocks are not maintained eg the one morning there was no bread for toast, another there was no butter, fruit yoghurt isn't always available. Breakfasts are definitely below that of a 5 star hotel, they are uninspiring, the same dishes were served daily. Rooms are not cleaned properly and surfaces are not wiped daily. Coffee cups are not cleaned properly, some days there were no utensils to stir the coffee with, coffee supplies are not replenished often, the lounge club serves basic, uninspiring dishes. The drinks served are also limited.

Everything except the location ,in general this was the worst 5 stars hotel experience in my life, they were far away from 5 stars service. But to be honest one of the staff her name is yelcta she was proffisional, dedicated and helpful, i believe she deserves to be working in a real 5 stars hotel.
