グレードによるのかも知れないがヘヤードライヤーがあると表示されていたので持って行かなかったが無かった

Emplacement proche du parc de Ueno et de la JR station

Un peu cher pour la prestation mais c’était pendant la période des cerisiers en fleurs

Nous avons adoré le bain extérieur qui nous a permis de profiter d’un mini onsen privatif. Le personnel était accueillant et nous avons pu déposer nos valises tôt avant le Check in ce qui nous a permis de gagner bcp de temps et de visiter le quartier de ueno

the rooms are very very tiny , staff was not very pleasant and accommodating

The staff was wonderful - very helpful and friendly. Except for the one clerk at check-in (she was probably having a bad day) who was not helpful and kind of grouchy, everyone else was excellent. The location was very good --- we wished we had booked the "other" Hotel Centurion Ueno across the street - that one looked like it may have had bigger rooms.

The rooms were VERY VERY VERY tiny. We have stayed at rooms all over Europe and Japan, so we do know what small and efficient rooms are. These rooms were so tiny that there wasn't any place to even open a suitcase. The bathroom was similar in size to a cruise ship bathroom - unfortunately, it was worse than one because cruise ship bathrooms are designed with efficiency in mind so there is a place for everything. Had we actually known the room size, we would not have booked this hotel.

I did booking a standard double bed room they give us that bed like just big then single , we ask for upgrade our room we happy to pay but they charge the price 7000yen per night as same new room online…
