Lage in Nähe der Therme Erding, Zimmergröße, Badezimmer, Frühstück, kostenlose Parkplätze
Fernbedienung musste erstmal geschrubbt werden. Sowas sollte beim Reinigen nicht vergessen werden.

The hotel was bright and clean on the inside. The breakfast area was nicely designed.
The bunk bed was positioned above the double bed.

Easy to check-in. Excellent location for visiting the nearby Erding therme (it was a ten minute walk). Free parking. Good breakfast.
Very uncomfortable bed. Had a terrible sleep. Noisy during the night with other guests coming in and out. Neither of the 2 bathrooms were cleaned well. Hair in the sink and around the base of the shower door. And there were water stains on the shower glass.

No csttle . coffee machine whith money was out of order. When you arrive late after long flight you can't make hot drink.
Room had some dust balls on the floor.

The location was good for our purposes, only 15 minutes walk to Therme Erding. Very convenient.

Since this is a family run "motel" I did not have high expectations, but I contacted the motel as i needed an additional room and the owner was very friendly and helpful, who greeted us in the evening upon arrival as we had some questions about the check in machine. Breakfast was plain and not a large selection/variety, but again, not expecting much for a motel category. Assume the price per night was considerably high as it is still official summer school holiday in bavaria state, but for a motel still rather high. Location is awesome close the Therme Erding, which was the sole purpose of our visit. The building and rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable.
