Klein und familiär mit kostenfreien Parkplätzen direkt vor dem Hotel, die Lage und Anbindung zur Therme und in die Stadt München, sehr sauber

Es war makellos sauber, die Schlüsselübergabe spät abends per Schlüsselkasten hat wunderbar funktioniert.
Das Frühstück an sich war für den Preis sehr gut. Für 10€ reichlich Auswahl, z.B. mehrere Sorten Rührei, Kaffee und Saft inclusive.
Der Selbstbedienungskühlschrank an der Rezeption bietet ein gutes Angebot bei sehr guten Preisen
Das Zimmer wirkte etwas kühl, u.a. weil die Wände so nackt erschienen. Kein Balkon, kein Safe und kein Kleiderschrank, eher ein Regal, aber das wussten wir.
Wir hätten uns ein Fliegengitter an einem der Fenster gewünscht.
Beim Frühstück hatten wir eine Frage zum Angebot des Kaffeeautomaten (Was ist Haferl Kaffee?) diese konnte keine der Mitarbeiterinnen beantworten, es bemühte sich auch keine dazu. Der Raum war nicht besonders gemütlich gestaltet, alles etwas eng.
Insgesamt wirkte alles eher kühl, für die eine Nacht war das in Ordnung, aber länger würden wir (für den Übernachtungspreis) nicht bleiben.
Zu guter letzt fand ich es wirklich nervig, im Anschluss 2 mal per persönlicher Nachricht zu einer Bewertung gedrängt zu werden! Dies habe ich dennoch nicht in die Wertung einfließen lassen.

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Toll fanden wir die Möglichkeit, zu moderaten Preisen Getränke und Snacks kaufen zu können. Sehr gute und vielfältige Auswahl beim Frühstück. Gute Lage zur Therme

Ein sehr-sehr schönes Hotel in einer perfekten ruhigen und jedoch recht zentralen (man erreicht alle Highlights von Erding super schnell) Lage.

Hatten nur 1 Tag, Empfang sehr nett, Zimmer war sauber sehr großzügiges Bad….perfekt

Noisy. You can hear people speaking through the walls, and staff starts cleaning early in the morning, making sleeping longer impossible.

Our difficulty was around the noise from adjacent rooms. Slamming doors all night from neighboring rooms, running in the hallways. The walls are thin and you can hear everything from the neighbors in the other room. This is the main difficulty

well located for both Munich and therme erding , good off street parking, the neighbourhood seems quiet and safe . the staff were lovely and very helpful, welcoming and friendly . the room was spotlessly clean and very quiet and comfortable. didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that , but it certainly smelled nice

We are used to visit this hotel everytime, when we spend the time in Therme Erding. The quality of servis and level of hospitality is outstanding.

Simple but well cleaned room. Nice breakfast area and free parking in front of the hotel. Terrace to have a drink or smoke a cigarette. After 22:00 simple entry even without personnel.
Breakfast offer. But not the fault of the hotel, it is because of Corona. Served breakfast didn´t meet the expectations, offering very simple, no ham, no ommelets, no sausagges. One slice of bacon per person? We hope to try again in "normal" times
