NOTHING ! We arrived to find that our room was still occupied by the previous guests who hadn’t checked out. No other room was available so we were taken to another hotel. There there were no facilities in the room and a single sheet on the bed. We had to ask for a blanket as the room was quite cold. We had paid for breakfast at the original hotel but here the kitchen was out of action and we were told that breakfast would be brought to us the following morning. That didn’t happen as we had to leave to catch our connecting flight to Tobago before any breakfast arrived. A complete shambles. If this is typical of the island I would NOT recommend staying overnight in Trinidad but flying to Tobago directly if possible. Additionally the exchange rate used in converting our quoted hotel price in US Dollars, to TT Dollars was hugely favourable to the hotel such that we ended up paying more than expected. Very unpleasant experience.

General, the hotel is very comfy....I always enjoy my stay there, never really had any complains.

My reservation said breakfast was included, so I went for breakfast on the 13th only to be told it is not so....I was a bit embarrassed because had I known I would not have gone and made alternative arrangements. Anyways I paid my $70TT and had breakfast because I was not due to leave until 12pm. I don't know who to blame 'booking.com' or the hotel😔

The Chai Thai restaurant on the top floor does incredible food - well worth a visit even if you're not staying here. The service was great, and they do a wide range of drinks. The hotel itself is basic, but clean and functional. Comfy bed, hot shower and plenty of storage space. The staff were very accommodating, and the free shuttle to/from the airport (only a few minutes away) was appreciated.

There wasn't much choice for breakfast, but it was ok quality, and included in the price.

Very kind staff and great food. They upgraded us for free to a bigger room when they saw we had a baby. They also provided breakfast early so we could catch our flight and not miss out

It was an okay stay for a layover.

There was a roach under the pillow. The stay was not worth the cost of the room.

The staff was very much customer oriented, I didn't have to worry about breakfast or lunch, the restaurant was very convenient and tasty also transportation services to the airport. They got you entirely covered. Definitely will recommend

1. Very close to the airport 2. You can arrange the hotel to pay for the taxi from the airport its tagged on to the price but good if you don't have any dollars. 3. Owner was very friendly when we meet 4. Restaurant was excellent first time i stayed i had the Indian and the second time i had the Thai both meals were good. 5. TV's are connected with Amazon Fire Stick 6. Early check-in was no problem.
