The time which breakfast was served

Breakfast was the let down for the hotel the staff never spoke could catch someone’s eye to order the extra breakfast item As we had never stayed before I would of expected to be asked this when I entered the breakfast and greeted with a morning from the staff

Loved that it was a self contained room but still the feel of hotel. Everything was within walking distance Staff were lovely and friendly

Bang in the centre of the city. Ideal base for the shops, pubs & restaurants. 5 min walk from the train station.

Great value, clean and tidy with helpful staff

The location was very convenient, the bus stop for the airport bus was right next to the hotel, the hotel is surrounded by bars, cafes and a shopping center is right next to it. The staff was really helpful, they gave us some really nice recommendations.

Good breakfast included in the room price. Much better than I expected. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Mini kitchenette in room very useful for chilled evening if you don't want to eat out. Also having laundry facilities was great as we were travelling by train and therefore backpacks! Hotel is in a quiet spot with no traffic; but plenty of cafes/restaurants etc nearby.

Great location, attentive staff.

Disappoited slightly because we had taken our dog and on arrival discovered that we had to be on the lower floor... no view as expected and actually why we had booked the hotel. Apart from this, the room was as described, although there were no bathrobes or slippers as advertised.

I really liked the layout of the room. Nice to have small couch to watch tv. Clever use of sliding mirror as door to bathroom. Really well designed.
