Excelente ubicación, edificio histórico, sala grande con balcón, vista a la iglesia, seguro.
La cama era muy dura e incómoda. Porque es el centro en una ruta de autobús y cerca de bares y las ventanas son delgadas, es increíblemente ruidoso excepto durante unas pocas horas durante la madrugada. Es un lugar para quedarse si quieres salir al centro entro pero no dormir. No cafetera

The ladies at the reception were very nice and helpful , one of them helped me to book an ADO ticket on her computer since it didn't work out on my cellphone but...without any result again. Large room, good lighting, good shower with hot water, excellent location. For the price...you wouldn't find any better in Veracruz. Also, the breakfast at the adjacent restaurant is just awesome and the coffee is first class ,all of that at a fair price.
The bed and the pillows are too hard to be comfortable. A suggestion for the bathroom....una estrecha mesita al lado del lavomano para poner tus toiletries. Hay que ponerlos fuera del cuarto de baño porque no hay ningún lugar para eso.

Gros avantage de cet hôtel : sa localisation dans le centre historique même.
Le personnel de l'accueil est très bienveillant et à l'écoute (merci mesdemoiselles !).
Ma petite chambre, quasiment aveugle, avait l'avantage d'être au calme.
Le ménage qui pourrait être plus précis si tant est que le personnel disponible d'un matériel plus adapté car il est fait chaque jour.
Et comme partout dans les hôtels de cette gamme, la salle de bains mériterait des travaux.

El hotel está muy cerca del centro y el Malecón se puede llegar fácilmente a todos lados. El personal fue muy amable y educado, también nuestra habitación siempre la mantenía impecable.

Great location only 1 block to the zocalo. Staff was friendly and helpful, had a taxi waiting for us the morning we left for the airport. The building felt historic and was clean and comfortable. For the location and the price, this hotel was perfect.

The wifi wasn't working during most of my stay, however I could connect my Netflix thru the TV.

My room was small, that's what I paid for, but it was quiet, clean and comfortable and good value. The staff were always friendly. What really makes this hotel special is it's awesome location, so close to the zócalo which is great as you will probably be enjoying a few nights out there like I did.

Staff great especially Silvia. Our first night was in a room overlooking the street and was very noisy. Silvia instantly changed our room to a much quieter one the following day and could not have been more helpful. Great location.

The location was perfect and the price was great. The staff was efficient and friendly. it was great that the restaurant was open and the restaurant provided a good selection light food beverages.
Water pressure was low, but the water was hot.

located centrally right next to the zocalo, and very close to the naval museum and 10 min walk from waterfront
The bathroom and floors are quite old/dirty were dirty. The bedsheets were dirty with blood and other stains. The service from receptionists wasn’t good as they didn’t offer any information or flyers about the places to visit even though they had them right there.

Super central location, great for a couple nights in Veracruz.
Staff was very helpful and speaks English well.
The view from the balcony wasn't the greatest and there are no chairs etc. to sit on. We didn't mind though and rather went to the Zocalo.
It is noisy at night, but then again its a very central location. Just something to keep in mind.

Situated In the old beautiful part of the city. 5 min. from the harbour and malecon. Very nice staff and well sized clean rooms. English TV channels and good ac.

The staff were very friendly.I want to mention Sylvia and Teresa at reception.The location was excellent-a short walk to the Zócalo...Air conditioning worked very well....Worth a return visit.
The room had no window...but the A.C.made up for this...It worked very well.
