poor service in the restaurant. sometimes it took a very long time to get anyone to take our order. once I told them I’d been waiting an hour for my breakfast.

Smaller boutique hotel. Attentive staff. Great location in historic center

The Windows in rooms 215 didn’t completely close therefore I felt like a cold Mexican nun who had given up the joys of passion to be in service to the Lord and so therefore if you’re looking for that spiritual experience just book this room

The staff were very friendly and professional. The architecture was beautiful. The location of the hotel was more than what we could ask for. Close to everything since we didn't drive. Great place to stay if you want to explore downtown Guadalajara and its surroundings.

Maybe it is under new management. This was our 5th time there and our last. The jacuzzi never heated up and that was our main reason to stay there. We asked for a view of the pool so our son could play and they placed us on the opposite side with a view of a brick wall. I ordered a carafe of coffee and received a cup in styrofoam for $10.

Staff was great location was perfect rooms where spacious and very comfortable
