Loved the guide with local restaurant recommendations and history. Cute decor, well maintained, good location. Staff was hospitable though a little gruff (authentic Swiss experience).

Wifi was out in my wing, also they put me in the furthest possible room up and down like 3 small staircases that got a bit hot though the weather was mild.

Pros - lovely quiet location, very good breakfast, friendly staff, comfortable bed. Large room.

Very 'loud' bathroom design in room, strange designed pillows. Could have advised guests on check in of 'Guest Pass' available for visitors to save money on museums etc - there was a notice in the lift however but verbally would have saved us some money. Could do with help to run breakfast service, too much for 1 person.

the location of the hotel was great, in the old town part and only 10 min walk from the main station. The staff was very polite and helpful. The breakfast served by the hotel was very good and much better of what you could have in the nearby restaurants.

The bed linens and cushions need to be improved.

Location was excellent. Rooms basic but very tidy and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice views from the window. Chur is just so beautiful!

Let’s start with the history of the place. Almost 500 years it’s been operating as a hotel. I’d say that speaks for itself with that longevity. The location of the property couldn’t have been better. right in the center of Old Town. Only minutes walk from eateries and museums. 10 minute walk from the Train station makes it easy for transpiration. The room was great. The amenities were just right. Cute little bar located across from reception and the breakfast was a full on Buffy with nothing less than something for everyone. Lastly the Staff went out of there way to make sure you were happy with everything.

At this moment I found nothing that I didn’t like about the property.

The room felt pretty bleak, in need of modernisation terrible pillows. What hotel doesn’t give you facilities to make a drink!

Our family of 6 had a comfortable stay. The hotel was well located in the beautiful old quarter of Chur and a quiet part of town. We had lovely view from our room over the town and mountains. It was a wonderful breakfast included in the price.

The property is close to the train station and all the shops & restaurants. We really enjoyed the buffet breakfast - lots of hot & cold options. The front desk staff was awesome! They were so kind and friendly and helpful.

Not a real issue. But the rooms are small.
