Stairs - too difficult to go up and down

Hostel was modern inside and has a fresh feel. The rooms were clean amd the beds were surprisingly comfortable. Individual powerpoiints for each bed in dorm room was good

Would have been nice to know beforehand that this hostel was next to nightubs. Individual storage lockers would have been helpful. Shower could have been bigger as in there was next to no room to place your clothes when showering. Needs a different sign on the kitchen/dining room located on level 1, instead of saying privat

Basically, there is only elementary furnishings and equipment available. - too many people in the room - value for money (price vs. comfort) - music club just beneath the accommodation (no problem when windows closed but then it's too hot inside) - absence of kitchen with a fridge - absence of private lockers

Bathroom were not very clean and were not restocked, multiple bathrooms were out of soap. There's no staff there to create a welcoming environment or give any sense of community to the hostel. There's a night club in the bottom floor that blasted terrible techno, could hear it in the dorm room all night, did not realize the hostel was also a nightclub until I arrived to check in. No lockers to store your valuables either. Because this is the only hostel in the city and they have no competition, it appears as though they really do not care about quality or the reviews/ratings they receive.

Self check-in -> you can arrive even at later hours. Comfortable room and other facilities - there is quite well equipped kitchen (stove, toaster, water boiler, etc.). Close to some restaurants / fast-foods.

Water dispenser had no water (but water from toilet sinks was ok). Since there is no personell available, there was nobody to tell about this. Kitchen was not marked - it was just door with sign "Privat" on the 1st floor, we had to ask other guests where it is. Also, there was a lot of moths flying around in the kitchen.

We loved everything about our stay in VIVA hostel - great social spaces, comfy beds, good facilities and perfect location. Would definitely recommend it!

it was above a club which kept me awake when the night I stayed I desperately needed a decent sleep.

The location is good but in a party area. So you might not be able to sleep at night. The room was clean.
