The staff of The Amaruis hotel is outstanding. Thanks to the staff, they made the hotel a warm home. For motherday gift me and my mom visited Vienna. First, I preferred to a very classic old hotel such as Imperial. And I'm so happy I did not book a room at the Imperial! My mom and I enjoyed the hotel. The room, amazing!!! The door of the room (love it), the bed SOO GOOOD!!! The Spa, oh that was so relaxing. The breakfast was very tasteful. And I loved how thoughtful the staff is. My mom loves to eat cream cheese in the morning; however, the cream cheese was not on the menu. But they made it available for my mom. And every time we came for breakfast, the staff knew: she wanted her cream cheese!
The staff at the breakfast and at the Bristo are very nice people. And the staff at the front door, so helpful! And the staff at the desk, so thinkful and the staff for cleaning the rooms, so lovely! The staff made this hotel great! And I will come back with my boyfriend in November!

Perfekte Lage, Ausstattung, Mitarbeiter und Gastronomie.
Es passt wirklich alles und das Amauris wird sicher unser neues Lieblingshotel in Wien. Eine kleine Anmerkung zum a la carte Frühstück (Benchmark Guesthouse bei der Albertina), da wäre bei den Preisen noch eine kleine Steigerung möglich.

L'hôtel est magnifique, très propre et le personnel très serviable. L'hôtel est à proximité immédiate du centre ville, à 10 minutes à pied se trouve un marché de Noël. Les autres marchés de Noël se trouvent à 20 minutes à pied. Tout peut se faire en marchant ou en transport en commun. L'emplacement est idéal et nous avons passé un excellent séjour à visiter les marchés de Noël.
Manque d'isolation dans la chambre (nous avions la 110), nous entendions le tram et les murs vibraient lorsqu'il circulait. Ce n'est pas acceptable d'un hôtel de ce standing.

Very nice hotel, cool design, convenient lighting system in the room, comfortable beds, Acqua di Parma cosmetics, I really liked everything.

Things got off to an excellent start - with an efficient reception and a welcome drink. It continued this way throughout our stay. Friendly , very helpful staff , excellent service , excellent room layout and quality of furnishings. Food quality was also very, very good. Very effective Aircon system a boon in what turned out to be a hear wave week in VIENNA.
Nothing much. A minor gripe- the very modern large smart TV of the room did not allow Apple airplay connection as the default settings were overridden by a hotel specific software.

Absolutely everything. There is nothing stuffy or pretentious about this Relais and Chateaux hotel in the perfect location on the Ringstrasse. The staff were warm and welcoming providing excellent service. The rooms are beautiful with extremely comfortable beds and fabulous rain head showers and. great water pressure. The bathroom products were lovely too! I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious stay in Vienna!

The hotel is beautiful. Our room was upgraded for free as it was my Birthday when we were staying there and the room and decor were stunning. The bed was the most comfortable luxurious bed I have ever slept in. The lovely thoughtful gestures did not end there with a beautiful slice of cake being delivered to wish me happy birthday and all of the staff were so friendly, helpful and genuinely interested in doing all they could to delight their customers.
Breakfast options a bit limiting for the UK palate so maybe more options to provide toast without it being fried would have helped
