Fabulous continental breakfast. Best croissants ever! Real espresso/ cappuccino- made expertly. The staff was best part. So friendly and accommodating- best ever!

it was very easy to reach at anytime. very good looking and charming property! Extremely clean and well maintained. the breakfast was the highlight. We were served cappuccinos and had a buffet with ample choices! Alessandro was always happy to help and we were extremely comfortable in our room.

The location is very good, clean, nice breakfast.

The floor in front of the bathroom made squeezy sound when walking on it, the wardrobe made sound together with it. Every time I walked on it I worried the sound bothered other guests.

Beautiful building, very tastefully renovated. Very nice room, and yummy breakfast. Staff were incredibly helpful with everything we needed even helping us to park our too large car. Very convenient location for visiting Venice but still enjoy the quiet of Lido. Close to shops and very very good restaurants. We would love to go back and stay there again.

Very nice hotel on the quieter Lido island. Just a 5 minute walk from the water taxi station to get to the main Venice island. Very friendly staff, clean rooms, good breakfast and great value for money.

Martina and Cristina, so kind, so helpful, so warm. Angela and Anna, two sisters who clean the rooms, both characters, both exceptional!!

My room, no 12, was a little cold at night. Angela provided extra duvets. After, the problem resolved.

The hotel owners were extremely helpful and friendly and even got up super early to serve us coffee on the morning that we had to leave early to catch a flight.

Charming staff, wonderful house, excellent location on peaceful Lido, perfect for visiting the art biennale. We especially enjoyed borrowing bikes to explore the Lido and eating breakfast every morning in the garden. Staff went out of their way to help us, with restaurant recommendations and even printing boarding passes for us. We hope to stay again soon!

Helpful staff from the moment we arrived at the hotel. Very tasty breakfast. We took advantage of the free cycles and had a morning ride around Lido on Sunday - the first time in twenty years I had ridden a bike!

I ordered as twin room through booking.com but the summary changed it to standard double, so there is somehow a mismatch on how bed was set up at villa as a result and they seamed unable to change it to twin setup from a 6am request to ensure this was setup to 3pm checkin. thankfully bed was decent size and got good night sleep

Lovely stay! Travelled in July 2022, Lido is a gem and this place made it all even better. ● the staff was lovely and communicative ● breakfast was delicious and had a lot of options ● the house and the garden looked delightful ● rooms were clean, had all they needed ● we were offered towels in case we wanted to go to the beach and bicycles for biking around the island ● very close to the vaporetto station, easy access to Venice Would definitely stay again on a future trip to Lido!

We stayed in a room on the last floor and even with the AC on, it would still get pretty hot.
