Nice swimming pools for kids but closing at 7pm so very early

The pools are good and the staff are very nice. Nice touch putting on a 8 seater to get to the beach and back. (Only €5 taxi if you miss out on a sest.)

Not enough choice of food for my daughter. No food descriptions for her allergies. no ingredients information. Could do with serving snack type food at the 2 pools over the road. The Entertainment was shocking. Same crap every night for the kids. Lasted 30 minutes. No room indoors in use so forced to sit round a pool. Kids club during the day was rubbish. If you can afford a little bit more money on ya holiday, go elsewhere.

The food was a little bland and always the same thing. It would have been nice to have some traditional Spanish dishes. The children's entertainment could have been better and included more for children 8-12 as there wasn't really much for them.

The beauty of it is that it is large and versatile and suitable for the family, especially young children

The food is a lot and varied, but it is probably bad. The basic materials are cheap, and when you ask the workers about the basic contents, they do not give you a specific answer. All the answers are under suspicion.

Plenty of sun loungers. It being made clear at the start that sunbeds can't be left unattended for over 30 minutes or risk someone else using it. The minibus to the beach. The staff were great, the maids clean your room daily. The drinks are branded soft drinks pepsi etc and beer is Estrella. Bus stops are local and can connect you around the full island.

The food was basic, there's no show cooking as described. It states that there's kids club but there isn't. Its in a very rural area it's around 20 minutes walk to the local 'town'. You get one plastic cup for the full duration of your stay and if you loose it they charge for a replacement. The coach journey from the airport was over 2 hours.

I will start the review mentioning the only positive thing I found in our 7-days stay: the animation team, who is really trying hard to make the vacationers feel good. I personally will never ever come back here, neither recommend to anyone to wastes his money.  For the price we've paid there is no adequate value for money here. Recommendation for the owners: sell the place, close down the business, try doing something you might be good at. Give this place to a professional team, ready to invest, not only striving for maximum return with no investment.

Overall impression from the hotel: second worst hotel disappointment in my travel life:  1. Locations: The hotel is far from the beach. What is shown on the pictures in terms of beach area is not exactly what you get - tiny, dirty, crowded beach, 30 min walking, a lot of sharp stones, rocks everywhere. There is a small 7 seater shuttle bus every hour with a long waiting line and constant fight who to make it first.  2. A lot of stairs: The hotel is not strollyfriendly, approx waiting time for the lift - 15min, no air con in the lift. Lift is like sauna, smells terrible.  If you have a small child, or disability definitely not your place. 3. Pay, pay, pay: You have to pay €2 to get shampoo and soap in the room (they give you for free only on your arrival day !?!), €10 to use the tv, €5 to get towels, €10 to use the locker, €10 to get a second key...  4. Cleaness much below average level: it's dirty and sticky in the corridors, in the lift, mirrors, carpet in the coridor, tables, chairs, sunbeds. Sunbeds table never cleaned. I can see what customers have consumed for the whole season. 5.Food stayed the same for the whole week. I guess they were serving left overs for 7 days on roll, especially desserts, no change for 7 days. 6. Leave the pools at 6.30 pm: The most ridiculous hotel rule for summer vacation I ever heard of: Pools close at 19 sharp and people are asked to leave in a very unpolite and rude way the sunbeds and the area at 6.30pm. All have to be evacuated from outside at 18.30 everyday. If it happened that you left your belongings on a sunbed, they will be thrown somewhere. Huge discrepancy  between expectations build on pictures, promise and reality. It is beyond me how this hotel even clalified for 3☆.  Dear customers, please be more of a critical thinker before choosing this hotel, do your homework by reading all the negative reviews, do your careful research on location and possible activities in advance.
