Location hard with younh kids have to walk 10-15 mins for decent restaurants Back Gate closes early so extra length added to walk back after dinner with young kids in dark.

The kids pool area was great, rooms were lovely and spacious with plenty of storage. Breakfast was your standard buffet. Housekeeping was great, our room was always reset beautifully while we were out, however we did think it was a bit crap we had to do our own dishes.

The location is terrible for families. The ‘short’ walk out the back gate to Main Street is not so short for little children in the heat. For a family focused hotel the amount of times we had to lift our children and pram up stairs was a bit ridiculous. It is not very accessible at all. There are stairs in and out of the rooms, in and out of the back gate, in and out of the family pool area and in and out of the ground floor to access the lifts to rooms. We were also disappointed that the ‘kids club’ is actually just a play area that children need to supervised in at all times. A car home was a necessity at night time as neither entrance to the hotel is safe or available to walk to at night. We will stay somewhere alot more central next time.

The staff absolutely harass you constantly, coming across like you are trying to get out of paying for any food or drinks. Few examples; Our party recorded in the buffet book the number of adults that would be having the seafood buffet, despite this we were approached 3-4 more times by staff to ask again if we had paid for buffet and signed. We were then chased out of the hotel being accused of not signing for four beers for our party, so we signed and then they charged our friends for the same four beers. When you order a drink or food; you order have the items bought to you and are then approached/ interrupted again to sign. We were told that happy hour included all cocktails on the menu, only to then be told it included a selected 6. When checking out I was standing with my suitcases and was quickly approached and asked three times if I had checked out, paid and what my room number was. Our room had termites which put dust all over the floor constantly, the tv and phones didn’t work the first night we stayed. It’s a great resort for kids but this visit I was really turned off, the constant feeling of being harassed and interrogated put a downer on our holiday!

Good buffet breaky, great pools, clean & comfortable rooms. Kids had a ball & made friends with other kids from all around the world!

The size of the rooms were huge! Best we have had on our month in Bali. Breakfast a really good selection sometimes pretty busy kids had to wait for popular things like waffles but really like the egg station where you ordered what you wanted to be cooked fresh. Kids club seemed to have lots on

The back gate closes at 6pm to go out and access beach and eating places. They say it's a security thing but there is a security person on it 9-6pm so would be so easy to extend 2-3 more hours til 8-9pm so you could go out as we had to gojek back as yo far to walk to front gate with kids at night the roads weren't safe to walk.

Great staff and food was amazing

Stayed on bottom floor for a few nights very noisy sounded like elephants running above us all night and pool noise was a bit much.

Everything was clean, the suite was very spacious. The pools and kids club were good and the receptionists were nice and helpful.

The aircon worked well but had the damp smell and the windows could not open. It was also close the big road and sometimes noisy from the traffic. Beach was not very close but there was a free shuttle 4 times a day.

2nd stay here this month. We had an issue with a/cond and a noisy bed. Management supplied a replacement room without hesitation. Really good customer service. The property is great for families, providing a safe environment for kids to have some independence and enjoy the facilities. Highly recommend this place.

Kids meal of chicken nuggets and chips, came with 3 smallish nuggets and 19 small chips at a price of AUD9.00 so quite expensive. Restaurant, whilst servicable, is in general, the weak point of the place.

The facilities were great - excellent pool area, kids's club and restaurants. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked and location was close to many things.

The prices. The room prices were high and the food/drink prices at the restaurant were high for what you got. We paid for a buffet dinner one night and were shocked at the total cost (especially considering we didn't eat much or enjoy the food).

Friendly staff. 2 bedroom suite was huge, clean and comfortable beds. Main pool area and kids pool area were great.

the location and the people who stayed there. if your not a WHITE 30 plus overweight woman with a miserable husband and kids in floaties with braided hair you will not fit in. I do not recommend for coloured or single tourists sad but true!

The pool with slide is good for children.The 3 bedrooms are very spacious to stay 6 people. 2 pools are good.

There was a smoking area in the hall near the lift so I have to smell the smoke I don't like. I was shocked. And when I sleep, there was so many noise like a barking dog, motorbike noise, crying baby near the room. I can hear some noise from upstairs when children was walking or running. When I got inside room for the first time there was moldy smell but after some days it was ok. Bad drainage in the bathrooms.The kitchen facilities is not enough to cook. There was only 2 pot without lids and pan which was scratched a lot. Also not enough bowls. The breakfast is not various but taste is good. I hope there is many choices.

I didn’t like anything about this hotel!

The location was terrible, on the busy road. The kids club was a joke! Kids entertainers were not interested at all. No entertainment program for new year at all! Overpriced massively! The room was big but very run down. The hotel needs complete renovation! AC units were leaking in the room so the floor got wet and very slippery. Our kids kept falling and hurting themselves. The room wasn’t cleaned properly.
