The villa (we stayed in no. 2) was really amazing. Very lange and comfortable with a great swimming pool. The staff was really friendly and accommodating, also arranging a nice massage at the villa. Would highly recommend going here!

The place is nice. The staff met us in the airport. The villa is clean and comfortable, near to the nice beach. The beach is much cleaner than in centre of Sanur. Reccomend this place for family and friends.

Ode was extremely helpful and he made my family feel welcomed and respected. The staffs are amazing, answered to all our requests and always smiling! Location is very good, lots of restaurants and shops nearby, beach is also in walking distance(2 people in their 60s and we have one 7 months baby that we need to carry to places.) The fridge is family size with water and ice function, I thought I will need to buy the bottled water and carried back every day but I didn't need to! Kitchen has everything you need for cooking, we actually cooked our meals once in the villa, I am so grateful for the kitchen after we checked in to our second villa and...... I will definitely recommend this villa to everyone and anyone!

Beautiful villa exactly like the pictures, yes you have to wait for the hot water but they tell you in advance. open air bathrooms are gorgeous. staff are wonderful nothing is to much trouble can’t wait to come back. comfy beds and a great lounge. pool was lovely and clean all round great villa. get the Gojek and my bluebird apps and you are all set.

We loved everything about the villa. Plenty of room, great decor comfortable and the pool was a bit. There was enough room for our family of 5 to be stuck inside when it was raining, Kaded and her staff went out of the way to make sure we were liked after. We had a wonderful stay!

The villas was very comfortable. I stayed there with my parents and we really enjoy the place as some days we just wanted to be in the villa chilling. It's very private and its nice having your own swimming pool. Also, it's very well located, just 15 min walking to the center of Sanur or a 2 dollars ride by taxi. The place is huge, we were only 3 people, but you could get a better use with more persons and still feel spacious. The beds are very comfortable, and they are equipped with anti mosquito nets, aircon and a roof fan. Also the staff is amazing. The were very gentle to help me with all my enquiries that I easily asked via whatsapp, so they helped me to get a SIM card for the local price, get the "UBER' app that works in Bali, and change or provide more food in the breakfast. The breakfast was very nice with different options to choose within occidental and Indonesian food, with fresh fruits and juice every day.

I didn't mind, but please notice that 2 of the 3 rooms have their bathrooms outside the rooms (Villa n2), in a semi roofless space. It doesn't get wet with rain as the roof covers the toilet and shower space. The main room of the Villa n2 is directly adjacent to a primary school, so if you want to sleep until late, this might get noisy. For my parents wasn't a problem as we woke up earlier than the classes to start, because we wanted to go out to explore Bali in the morning (he sunrise is pretty early and cool stuff start happing by that time). I stayed in the queen room and didn't hear any noise.

4th visit and the owner went way beyond in furnishing the villas in a homely chic fashion

The maintenance. Broken toilet seat which didn’t fit the toilet, water pressure, TV instructions missing, poor guest info, no water bottles in bathroom (can’t use the tap water but didn’t tell us) and other frustrating items. Breakfast now prepared in central kitchen (not in the villa as in the past) so misorders and cold food the order of the day. English only spoken by manager.

A fantastic place to stay, wouldn't stay anywhere else in Sanur. Great pool, very clean and wonderful staff. Also in a great location and close to everything.

Pretty much everything. Wonderful and accommodating staff, lovely quiet villa, very livable and secure. Nice pool and outdoor area. Yummy brekkie every day. Homely feel. Close to restaurants, shops, beach etc. We all loved the bathrooms. Very special. A great family home away from home.

Difficult to say. It was lovely. Can't really think of anything to add. There were a few mozzies but nothing too bad. Just take repellant, that's all.

A very well equipped place + nice decor elements everywhere. All the necessary kitchen stuff was there. It felt like home. A lot of space even for a big group (our family of 4 didn't even use one of the bedrooms at all). The rooms were clean right from arrival. All 3 bedrooms have an aircon and a ceiling fan (using them together works greatly - a chilly air will be well mixed instead of a direct stream from aircon). Comfortable beds. The private parking for a car was provided. And a baby cot as well. Breakfast was nice - you can choose a dish from a list of options, with a plate of tasty fruits everyday. Very nice pool with a section about 0.7m that is suitable for kids. The water in the pool was warm, and the pool itself is nicely positioned so that the building and the garden tree (frangipani) have the needed shade at sunny times. The greatest thing is the hosts - very friendly and helpful, were very easy to stay in touch via WhatsApp. They helped us with our special requests very promptly.

The school is the next door and pupils started they day at about 6:30 am. It was quite noisy but only in one of the bedrooms (much calmer in others) The living room is not air-conditioned. Though, there are 4 ceiling fans which solve the heat partly. No microwave. But there was a mini oven.

Bamboo Moon Villas is an exceptional place to stay. Having visited Bali numerous times, it is by far my favourite accommodation to date. We visited with our two year old and parents and all had a wonderful time. Ode and the rest of the staff went out of their way to ensure we felt comfortable and provided transport to various places. Thanks so much Ode and team. We liked that it was in a very quiet location yet still close to the shops and beaches in Sanur.

The owners were wonderful! Picked us up from the airport. Got us something to eat after we landed late. Drove us to Denpasar. Gave us great tips. The stay was great. Close to the beach. Right next door to a great Vietnamese restaurant.

The villas are right next to a school. it really isn’t a problem for people that wake up early. But if you are a light and late sleeper, this might not be the place for you. We woke up early each morning to make the most out of the day and this did not bother us in the slightest.

Very efficient staff and a quiet environment. Bebek Cottages are around the corner for an early morning latte from 7 am.

It's quite remote from shops and the South Sanur beach is a good 5-10 minute walk away. No night light in the en-suite so we had to leave an outside fluoro on. Weak air-con in the main bedroom which does not have a door to the en-suite.

We (my wife, my mother and my two daughters of 3 and 5) stayed in Villa no2 for 18 days, the villa was very comfortable and has a great swimming pool. The daily choice of breakfast is also very nice as well is the filtered water that you can drink straight from the fridge All the rooms were cleaned every day and the staff was super friendly and helpfull. Specially Ode and Kadek who lifted our experience to the next level with their support and assistance, They are super friendly and professional and helped us with finding daytrips (and even drove us everywere), renting bikes, shopping and more, never to busy to help us with anything. Thanks to them we had a great stay in Bali and I would definitely recommend this accomodation to anyone.

Bamboo Moon is a slice of paradise! The staff are so friendly, helpful and kind, they went above and beyond for us. The villa, pool and garden was amazing! Stunningly decorated, clean and comfortable. It exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much. I hope to stay again soon. 100% recommend.
