Je viens dans cet hôtel depuis 7 ans . J’aime le complexe les petits riads repartis dans le jardin. Les deux piscines dont une chauffée. La formule all inclusive et là gentillesse et le sérieux du personnel et de la Direction

The room was great and the position of the room also. Setting and gardens good, it is great for kids there were children in our party.

The dining area was awful like a cafeteria and the food was dreadful. It’s not good for solo travelers or couples but I knew that before I went. I didn’t like the position there was nowhere to walk to.

On adore la situation au calme de l’hôtel. C’est la 4e fois qu’on y va. Les chambres sont calmes (si les voisins le sont aussi…). La verdure tout autour des chambres est très agréable. Le personnel est très gentil. La piscine était très chaude (30 degrés) fin février. Une navette nous dépose au centre ville selon des horaires fixes, il suffit de s’inscrire à la réception. On a passé un très agréable séjour.

Les repas ne sont pas très bons. Il y a du choix mais les plats manquent de saveur.

Tout etait parfait ! La nourriture variée excellente et à volonté toute la journée. L’équipe d’animations, le personnel étaient adorables. Les chambres spacieuses, calmes et bien nettoyées chaque jour. La piscine (pas la principale) etait chauffée.

Nous sommes très déçus car la piscine chauffé à été fermée le lendemain de notre arrivée pour travaux sans que en soyons avertis !!

La propreté les animations

Les animaux enfermés .comme toujours les serviettes sur les transats et personnes . Il faudrait mettre un contrôle avec des stickers

The staff were great

The hotel was a bit grotty, thing's need upgraded, the inside of the swimming pool had a green line all the way round it, and the other all the tiles were coming off the bottom ( lots of cut feet).The poolside terrace were hardly cleaned at all the same plaster on the floor for 4 days, drink spills never washed away. The food was ok but I expected more of a 5star, this is no 5star hotel maybe 5 years ago. And everything was geared up for the French, English sometimes not given at all.

Really nice rooms and the staff was amazing. Swimming pool is fabulous.

The room wasn’t cleaned properly and they forgot everyday to put clean towels. Also, dining room has long a long que.

lovely grounds, nice food at the Atlas restaurant and very good facilities in terms of spa and pools

the riads were quite spread out across the property so walking to and from the restaurant from some of the further riads was long! but the grounds were very well maintained and the walks were pleasurable.

Nothing - i advice to check very carefully the review and trust our comments as i traveled for 8 hours to stay in big joke !!

- very dirty , too many insects and mainly cockroaches even in our bed , big strange ants …etc - Very limited drinks choice - same food for dinner and launch and was repetitive for 3 days and nothing is wasted all are transformed 😞 - bad smell for pasta as they never waste it and reused all the time - no cold water - very poor animation

Whoever runs this property is a master hotelier. The place is gorgeous, the staff is incredibly well trained and their food selection is outstanding. Cannot fault a thing. The spa centre offers some of the best treatments!

Animationteam was very good with activity for children. Beautiful place. Wonderful gardens.

The staff at the reception and in spa. The massage at the spa was my worst experience. The staff was massaging with one hand. The staff could not speak English and was very ignorant and bad attitude. There was not that much of variation of food. We stayed for one week.

facilities were excellent, food was plentiful and enough choice, staff were amazing, rooms were so clean, was sad to leave

points to improve: cocktails could be improved getting pool towels and returning doesn't need to be such an elaborate process; streamline it getting sun loungers and ones in the shade could be better; shouldn't be a competition for who can set the earliest alarm clock. have a designated kid section on the buffet

We went during ramadan so it was perhaps quieter. Always room around the pool. Never had to wait more than 5mins for a drink at the bar. Location no more than 5mins drive to most areas ie Madina/souks/gueliz/hivernage etc Amazing view of Atlas mountains from the road.

It is probably more of a 4 star so dont go expecting Dubai five star treatment. The drinks were ridiculously watered down - even the neat whisky tasted watery. Little variation in the evening buffet. Should have burgers and nuggets on everyday for kids - thats pretty standard for an all incl targetting Brits surely. My mum is a veggy and the tagines and a ratatouille plus unvaried salads were the only daily selection. We all had a dicky tummy at some point (9 of us). I think it was the water they wash the salad in as we ate alot of salads.

great food and drink, staff where great! kids loved it and Tito from the entertainment team was the favourite!

I think the quality of cocktails served could have been better and also selection of wines for lunch / dinner could be better - need more choice

Lack of information - a book with all the activities and number for reception / spa would be super helpful. Would be good for reception to explain / take towel deposits on check in Housekeeping replenishments bit hot or miss.

Polite staff, clean rooms, the spread for breakfast, lunch and dinner is fantastic

Rooms are located too far from the reception, no room service available.
